Here's my keto shake... since I am well, on keto.
1.5 Scoops Chocolate Banana WPI
1 Tbsp Natty PB
2 Tspn Mac Nut Oil
1 Serving Sugar-Free Berry Blast Metamucil
5g Creatine
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Ice
It's weird how it tastes good. I never thought it would.

I'm surprised all of that mixes with only 1 cup of water. I've mixed strawberry whey with pb and did not like the taste. I don't think I would the fruit-chocolate-pb combo. But if you like it, then good for you.

i agree with the berry-chocolate-pb combo.....
why not switch out the peanut butter with Coconut Milk for this shake.
so....
1.5 scoops wpi
1 tablespoon coconut milk
2tsp mac nut oil
berry blast metimucil
creatine, ice, water....
i dont think pb preworkout really helps the cause...u need something fast digesting or in keto's case, fuels from good fats...

mine looks like yours but i use banana cream WPI and berry blast metamucil with 2table spoons of natty peanut butter, try it one of this days bro, you wont regret it

haha yeah dude... you probably get your protein from TP too.
I get the DC mix (ion-exchange WPI).
Thats my before bed shake... I usually eat whole foods before I workout so I don't go hungry
As for me... I've laid back on my natty pb intake. I was taking in too many carbs and it was really fucking me up, making me tired and shit.
The 2 tbsp and Metamucil would be 12g carbs in one shake. Too much for me.
My first cheat meal is coming up soon and I'm so excited... Idk what I want to eat!

i dont get it there i buy it at a local supp store at the end of the day comes out cheaper shippin on TP is fuckin nuts
by the way the 12grams of carbs in metamucil virtually dont count, they are all fibber
