Just wanted to share a little somthin ive been poundin down on my early start for the winter bulk. Ran across this as I ate at a chain burger place near me. Took out the bad stuff and made it clean bulkin friendly.
-Hamburger meat with whatever seaosning youd like
-two eggs
-fat free cheese
-whole wheat bun or whole wheat bread toasted
As the burgers are grillin fry two eggs in a pan in some non stick cooking spray.
Throw it all together on a bun. Three different kind of protien and two of the best kinds of bulkin food all in one burger. The whole wheat adds some nice carbs to the meal too.
Nothin spectacular but it tastes pretty damn good and will def put the pounds on
