Me and my lifting buddies can not remember what the no,no,no means for squatting could you help us out. I remember -2- of them I believe no wraps no belt ???? tks. limstomp

I've never heard that before but I like it. Now when people ask me why I squat that way I can say something clever. Plus I can say puss pad which is awesome too.

I've also heard the puss pad called a "tampon". Haha, you could call it that. But that is just as bad as well.


I think the 3 no's are old school most strength. No belt, no wraps, and no pad would mean you'd have only your muscles to rely on.

Originally, it was no belt, no wraps, no spotter. Later on, "spotter" became somtimes interchangable with no suit.
