This has to be my top notch fave b-fast recipe, it is fast, east, quick, and simple! I eat this a lot during the off season if I am running late in the morning or in a hurry!

Ingredients
1. 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
2. 2 tbsp of natty peanut butter
3. 2 tbsp of raisins or 2.5 oz banana
4. 3/4 cup of old fashioned oats
5. 8 ounces of milk (I prefer fat free)

Optional Ingredients
6. 2 tbsp of unsweetened/sugar free cocoa powder
7. 1 tbsp of cinnamon

Nutrition Facts
75 grams of carbs
42 grams of protein
15 grams of good fats

Add ingredients 1 through 4 in a bowl, add the milk, stir and mix!!!!

I like to add either the cocoa powder or cinnamon depending on if I use raising or banana in it. If I use raisins I like cinnamon, if I use bananas I like the cocoa powder!

I am a cereal fiend, and as a all natural bodybuilder it really inst part of our regimen, so I got creative and stole a few ideas and added some ingredients and ppppoowwww!!!

Bon Apetit!

Splenda is horrible for you! Do some research on it i would stay away from that if i were you!

Believe you me I have read and heard about splenda but it's the cheapest easiest way to sweeten food besides using full sugar, plus with all the past and present supplements we put in our bodies it's not like splenda is going ot be the death of us.

BUT, he is corect if you are curious do you r research on splenda!

Love your breakfast innovations... think about publishing a book someday.

ON the contrary, I'm a straight up eggs and drink my oats kind of guy when I'm not dieting.
I love the idea of throwing back 6-7 hardboiled eggs or crushing some soft-boiled bad boys with all-natural arnold nut bread.

My favorite has always been:

1.5 cups oats
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
large banana
milk (vary amounts on preference)
2-3 scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream (if bulking)

Blend it up, tastes like heaven.

Also, just a suggestion... Those who like a hot drink in the morning during winter but don't like, or can't tolerate coffee, try this. Mix some of your protein powder in water or milk (milk tastes better) and microwave it. Poor it in your coffee thermo and drink it like hot coco. Kinda common sense but I thought I was clever. The "double rich chocolate" flavored powders are always the best. -Getting your protein while warming you up- Enjoy!
