here's the story:
I'm 24, 1,98 cm (~6ft 7"), curently at 110 kg (~ 240pb) and still stronger than most of the people my size!
I was in the gym for about 2 years (had 125 kg ~ 275 pb) traning for power but got very big and nicely built (some say genetics but I think its the blood, sweet, puke and hard work that did the job), and then i joined the army in wich I lost 15 kg (33 pb) of muscle mass, and I got 10 kg (22 pb) of fat for 6 moths! I guess it was due to new rutines - getting up earlier, only 3 meals per day, plenty of runing, not enough sleep and lot of fucking in the head and the foods we ate.
I was training very hard all that time before the army, had my diet right, was preparing for some contests, and now I look like some 40 year old person with a beer belly!
My problem now is how to lose that new fat I got?
How do I aproach w/o? Should I start balls to the wall or as a begginer step by step (I had a lot of strenght training, martial arts and runing)?
I need some diet tips as well as any other usefull things u got to share about this problem of mine!
Please help! I spoke with a lot of people and ewery one is telling me different things!!!
Even my partners dont know how to aproach this problem, and there is always some shithead that knows every thing but he himself didnt do anything with his life, so I'm skipping his advice.
