Hello fellow iron lifters. Been working hard for about a year now and the othre day I was playing rugby and a guy I have known for sometime tried to tackle me. He grabbed me around the chest and immediately let go and said " what the f#$% have you been doing?, you're hard as a f#$%ing rock!" What a charge he gave my ego. More motivation to give up the sleeping in, hitting the gym early! Lift hard and heavy mates! Did I mention that I am also over 40 years old? Never tellme I can't do something.

Nice work ! Its those little things that supercharges our motivation and reminds us that blasting the hell out of us pays off. Keep up the good work !
