I actually think Shizz has the better routine, as it gives more general knowledge and moves, instead of say "Here do this". Shoot Young&Hungery a PM, or Matt Dickerson, as both of them are Westside atheltes to the core, and have a really good knowledge of how to build a custom cycle of Westside for the specific weaknesses you have.

Here is the beauty of doing a Westside Barbell Template, you tailor it to your needs as a PLer. Yes there are set lifts for your ME and DE days, however the accessory work goes to what weaknesses you have in the lifts. You exploit them, get them stronger and you yourself become strong. It is a very useful and easily modifiable template that you can work to how often you can get into the gym. But be sure to rest when you need to and eat a lot, it will not only help you grow but recover from the ball busting sets. For sites I would go to:
