Tuna - by far. I'm not a big fan of fish as it is, but there's a limit as to what you can do with it. You can at least experiment with cool recipes when you eat chicken.
Tuna...at least you can put something like a little mustard on a chicken breast...Tuna tastes like cat food.
Tuna is easier than chicken though...just open the can and go to town...

neither is bad, but i get frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts by the dozen and cook 'em 2 at a time - nothing but salt, pepper, and a hot skillet. can't beat it for clean protein. according to my info source (calorieking.com), 2 breasts comes out to 375 cals, 8.1g fat, 0g carbs. 70.5g protein. great stuff. tuna's not bad, but i prefer chicken. tuna gets old.

I eat tuna everyday... At least a can a day. I like the fish oils and the protein but I fuckin detest the taste of that shit. I get a can of chunk light down in about 3 big spoonfuls with a couple of slugs of crystal light or diet coke. Keeps you lean though, even during a mass phase, so it can't be overlooked in my opinion. Peace, G

Im not a big tuna fan unless its smotherd in mayonaise and eaten with white bread, so it is def. worst. Chicken is actually my favorite protein source, it can be cooked/eaten in many different ways.
Tuna smothered in mayo on white bread is not the best thing for leaning out but it dam sure tastes good. So i feel ya on that one. But either way i look at it personally its all gonna taste bland/bad so i usually take a deep breath take a bite and slug it down with water. Chickens good at any time of day.

I get tired of both. I usually try to switch everyother day or two so as to not get to bored of the flavor. Now the Mrs.Dash has different flavors you can really change it up.

Good call on the Mrs. Dash silverback, a personal favorite of mine.
pan seared in olive oil with kosher salt, italian bread crumbs, pepper
Tuna is by far the worst... But I could stand Albacore tuna though.. It doesn't have that mushy, texture that regular canned tuna has that looks like it's been chewed up by a bird and spat out.
when u say worst are u referring to taste or nutritional value?

Gotta be taste, both chicken and tuna have great nutritional value.

What's worse...
You could almost say- "two of the best" There will never be a negative to consuming a multitude of protein sources when it comes to dieting. The plus from expanding on your available and various amino profiles far outweigh comparing a single best protein choice. It's all about the prep before you eat it that can sink you. As for taste and whether it's dry? Come on, the more you suffer the higher you generally place in life.

I guess I'm different then most of you guys, for me its not about taste, though I won't fool around, taste helps. But tuna and chicken, your looking at two of the best protein sources right there...there's no reason to neglect either, I eat 2-3 cans of tuna a day and it doesn't bother me at all. It kinda grows on you.

I wish I had your taste buds Jawn.
I agree that they are two of the best protein sources, thats for sure, but if anything I have hated the taste of tuna more and more as my days have gone on, and its gotten to the point were I cant eat it unless I am on a bulk and I can spruse it up just a bit (mayo, etc)...

I'm not a fan of either if you're talkin' about just eating 'em straight up. I do eat 2 cans of tuna on a daily basis whether I'm on a cut or bulk. I also eat chicken almost on a daily basis, however I combine 'em both with rice or some other solid carb source... This way I somewhat disguise the taste.

Chicken and rice is a staple for me, the only thing that changes is the rice (brown or white) and what I put on the chicken.
Never tried tuna with rice...does that really do anything to help the taste?
yup that mrs.dash is real good on both, and i'll put mustard on my tuna.

I read someone from animalpak's article on tuna with white rice and decided to mix them together as well. I don't have that much of a hard time putting tuna down but I guess it makes it easier to eat. Both tastes are sort of cancelled out and it faintly tastes like popcorn to me. Call me crazy.

I was on a strict diet and was eating chicken at all times of the day, without anything to season it with. I eventually started putting mustard on it, and that shit is GOOD! With enough mustard on it that is.
Chicken breast w/ brown rice and hot sauce.

Im in the process right now of cutting 20-25 pounds and cannot stand canned tuna without something on it like mustard anymore. This is my last year of college and theres been times where Im in class and get that tuna taste in my mouth, makes you wanna get up and run to the bathroom in the middle of a lecture.

Tuna w/ rice... Stacking the two together is basically the only reason why I'd eat tuna. I've never been a fan of eating tuna straight out of the can and since I needed complex carbs with my meals, I found that brown or white rice gives the tuna a much more palatable texture. Add 1 tbsp of Omega EFA or Flaxseed Oil on top and you've got a clean bulk meal.

LOL do you mean the canned tuna or the canned chicken?
either way I eat tuna raw, sashimi style. I have no problems with this since i love seafood.
I am not really a fan of white meat <chicken breast> only because it sometimes comes out dry.

oh man, depends how you cook the chicken. forget boiling it, thats bad. and grilling it isnt that much better, and after a while you dont even put anything on it, you just want to get it in your gut. i used ketchup, hot sauce, mustard, all kinds of powdered shit, and it doesnt make a difference, especially when you bite into that fatty tendon and instantly gag. tuna? forget that man, put as much as you can into your mouth and chug water and hold on. whatever you eat, just keep that image of you on stage in mind to get you through.

I ate so many cans of tuna when I was younger, that I can't even get one bite down without gagging or getting a stomach ache. But, like everyone here said, tuna is a great source of protein. So, as nasty as this sounds, I'll eat a couple of huge bites of tuna and then chase it with a spoonfull of peanut butter, followed by some big gulps of whatever I'm drinking. I have to cancell that tuna taste out or I can't eat it. Peanut butter just seems to work best. But in response to the question, tuna is WAY worse!

It's all good....pepper, chile powder, garlic and onion on the chicken and salsa or hot sauce with mustard with the tuna with a dash of pepper...shaking spices on your food is a good for the fore arms....anything with rice is good...

Tuna, by far. Mostly cuz when i eat it the smell pisses off my girlfriend. This may be gross but i mix peanut butter in with tuna. Ive come to understand i really dont eat for taste anymore but just for nutrition.

I'm seeing a lot of disin on Tuna. You just have to be creative. I buy those "pasta mixing powders" on the chilli rack at the store and mix a little with my tuna and low fat mayo.
They have flavors like 4cheese, tomato basil, prima vera, etc...tastes great
ps, I prefer chicken, you can get even more creative
