I really like delts and tris together...of which I also trained today. 90's for 12 is awesome...and so is 55's for 20. I know how heavy that shit is cause I do 50's and thats pretty much my limit now till i can get a consistent 6, then I will move up. Thats just how I roll and its worked for me as far as avoiding injuries.

My calf issue, I dont know wtf happened there cause I train calves..sometimes I go from one extreme to another where I train calves consistently week to week, then I wont train them for months and they grew like that too.

oh well..great wo though. I love supersets and trisets too...nice!

Thanks Toni. I'm truly jealous that your calves grow regardless. Mine don't whether I train them or not. I'm gonna move towards more supersets and circuits in November. I wanna shock these muscles a lil more before I start cutting down.

that is one helluva leg session. See now, im jealous of your squats..even light I can never go ATG..my body isnt built for it at all, let alone my back would never hold up for such squatting. Now leg press was always my thing. I could do some damage on leg press for sure. LOL..that is if I can reach the leg press platform of course, LOL.

Thanks Toni. Being able to go ATG is the only thing that saves me since I don't go superheavy. I love leg pressing though. Definitely one of my favorites. Maybe we can get ya a booster seat ;)

Haha. Thanks brother. I've always had knee issues since back in HS while I played bball. Then last March I was on the leg press and was doing 25 plates and I was locking out the last rep when my foot slipped and wrenched my knee. I didn't do free weight squats for 3 months and had to go light on leg press. I wore a brace and wrapped it up everytime I worked out. Now finally doing everything with any type of equipment.

Chest and Biceps today. I haven't done decline bench in seemingly forever so I decided to do it today. My new idea is to do 2 presses and 1 fly movement. Each week I'll rotate the angle in which I do the movements.

Good work. Just out of curiosity, how much do you feel Decline Bench in your chest? For me, since I bring the bar low on my chest, I feel a ton of triceps so I actually have used Decline for CGBP before and that worked wonders for me.

Thanks bro. I feel it pretty well. I bring the bar right to the bottom of my chest. I do feel it in my triceps more than in flat. I also do CGBP on the decline from time to time. I like that.

Yea if I curl a lot I feel it in the delts. Thought maybe it was a form issue so thanks.

CBB is awesome. Just so you know, I also am not a big Apple flavored 'anything' fan but the GAA is insane! If you ever get a chance try it. Come to think of it, you could have tried it at Body World last Saturday! Did you get any of that?

Tried torrent for the first time, gotta be honest the cherry flavor isn't that good to me. I mean I feel great now after the workout so I'm gonna cup my balls and drink it, but def not a fan of the taste.

You are a mad man!!! No lie that is impressive/scary stuff today.

As for the CBB Torrent... Try adding more water. I find that about 24 to 26 oz. instead of what is listed on the tub works best for me. If diluted down it takes the super tart taste out and makes it taste amazing (IMO). Give it a try and see if it helps.

As for the CBB Torrent... Try adding more water. I find that about 24 to 26 oz. instead of what is listed on the tub works best for me. If diluted down it takes the super tart taste out and makes it taste amazing (IMO). Give it a try and see if it helps.

If it is any consolation to you, first time I tried CBB I didn't like it either. Actually I didn't care for it several shakes into the container. I sucked it down after each workout just the same. In fact, since I didn't care for the taste much I chugged it straight down every time. Then as I was realizing what it was doing for my recovery by chugging it down PWO like that I started liking it for that. I could literally feel the life coming back into my body after a hard session. Before long, I found I was actually craving the taste as well. I lie not. Still, as much as I like the CBB, I still think the GAA is better IMHO. I also like to mix them. My best mix is 1 scoop CBB to 2 scoops GAA. Good stuff man.

Back day has become my favorite. Even better than legs!

You will both get over those blocks in time IMO. Ive had em with chest, shoulder, and lower back injuries over the years and this old man can attest, you do get over it and past the mental blocks eventually.

Mental blocks can be major! It is a big time reason for the disparity in #'s with the other 2 big lifts. (IMO). I do the same things with my shoulders, where they were beat up from ball. It holds me back and I hate it, so in a way I know where you are coming from. Just keep putting in the hard work and 405 will fall before you know it.

Just an idea for you since you mentioned pumping up the volume on the side lats, I like to do 7 sets of 10 or 10 sets of 10 with a set weight with 30 seconds of rest or less between sets. Helluva pump.

Yea BB Mils is military press. Thanks bro. Yea I emailed the guy last night. Kinda disappointed because the show was at VA Tech and I would have had all my friends here. But ya know, just another obstacle. I'll definitely talk to Ant about it after I do some of my own research. I don't know whether or not to stick with the INBF or to try another federation. We will see.

I love good mornings! I used them for a long while, even got up to 115 on there for reps. I couldnt do them now, but I did enjoy them and I felt they really helped me with my squat strength and partial/deadlifts. Personally, I wouldnt do them on back day cause they do tax your back quite a bit..only if its for light warmups. I rather do them on leg day...just my opinion though. Or..you could go with a routine I used to do...just GM's, squats and leg press or GM's and deadlifts and go balls to the wall on each...fun fun, LOL

That first routine looks pretty brutal. I really enjoyed the GMs though. Definitely gonna work them into my routine.
