Well, I believe the last day of wrestling season last year was March 3 - I weighed in 130.0 exactly, and a couple months earlier we did BF and I believe I was at 11.something. Right now I'm at 168/69 and I'll probably be getting my BF checked in the next couple weeks so I'll be sure to come back and update. Assuming I haven't grown (which I NEVER do) I'm still like just under 5'4

pre hernia I was round 6' 185 and couldnt get close to 200lbs.
post hernia and after power lifting I was 265 benching 400, deads 455, squats 495.
now im 219 stop barbell benching due to shoulder pain but I hit 150s on the d-bell for flat, deads are about the same, squats are off about 150 lbs.
havent 1rm in a long time.
no longer have sleep apnia too. im happy about that.

5'11
214lbs.
I don't know my measurements.
Max bench 330lbs
Max Deads 400lbs
Haven't been able to squat as of late due to a lagging knee injury from football.

When I first started 3 years ago, I could barely bench 125.
I was 5'11 probably about 190-200lbs of sloppiness.
I was the "skinny fat guy"

Blood sweat and 3 years.

i'm 35, 6'1"
started at 215 lbs of pure weak fat, couldn't bench 150 for more than a rep or two
6 months later was down to 180lbs, not fat but still weak as hell
5 months later (now) am at 220lbs, same waist size as at 180, and my last bench was 225 for 3 reps
goal - by xmas this year to be 240lbs, bench 300

its reading success like this that keeps me motivated and working hard...great job man.

I'm now a much leaner 214lbs my body fat percentage then was about 20% I'm working between 13-15% now.

Thanks man, hearing someone else refer to that as success keeps me striving for more. Everyone starts somewhere, the beauty is that it never has to end anywhere. Keep working hard brother.

I'm 6'0" and I was the guy everyone picked on in elementary and middle school: skinny geek who couldn't really stick up for himself. I've worked out during various stages of my life and just picked it up again in October 2005.

October 2005: 180lbs, benching ~220, deadlifting ~255

February 2007: 216lbs, benching ~365, deadlifting ~480

I haven't attempted my 1RM in a long time so the numbers are approximations. They should be pretty damn close, though.

Freshmen year of high school i was 135. I half-ass lifted my way through high school and came out of it at about 175. Didnt really lift for a year then have got back into it. Ive lifted solid as all hell for a little over a year and here are my gains.

In one year:

175lbs to 205lbs

Bench- 220lbs -285lbs
Curls- 40's-70's (8 reps each arm)
Arms- 14" to 17"
Squats- 275lbs-355lbs

and getting bigger all the time. i absolutely love it.

Senior in highschool:
6' 3"
155 lbs.

22 years old
Present: Just graduated college
6' 3"
232 lbs and lean

I was a skinny kid in highschool.. I grew upwards too fast for my body to catch up. But by the time I graduated college I was almost unrecognizable.
