im a student 3 days a week, the other 4 i wait tables.
i get up at 5 am 3 days a week to do 30 minutes cardio/ abs... empty stomach, with a pack of cuts/ sunrise crystal light- i think its better than oj- carbs and all.
the days i work, after cardio, i'll come home, and pound a cocktail of gatorade( the bucket...), 16 oz, with 5 g argenine( powder), and dextrose.
im gonna be sticking to the basics, cuz im poor, and i try to manage finances somewhat.
4 cans of tuna a day, all with uncle ben's rice, w/ veggies.
2- 3 shakes of hard fast .
i work at a steakhouse, so i'll try and slam down a 12 oz sirloin w/a dry sweet potato, sometime during work.
about a gallon and a half of water ( w/ all the crystal light and all)
i take pump before weights, then i'll pound a ON shake w/skim milk.
trying to eat as much fruit as possible.
as far as a regimen goes, im following the classic routine # 4.
training calves about 3 times a week, 2 days with abs, one day with arms.
im at about 216 w/ 22% bfm, trying to cut down to about 12% at around 200 even.
i've studied trhough ISSA, so im decent in kinesiology, so i'll try and hit you guys back on your topics.
any help would be great guys, thanks again
