LoL i felt like i kinda failed in the workout today cause i felt like a wuss the whole way through. But i hope to get 315 by the next 7-8 weeks. And i want to get back up to the 90's in incline Dumbbells..

Back Trying something different with back besides my pull ups which are still my warm ups i am gonna start doing higher reps with 10 being a low set. Once i get my body weight down i will try and increase my pull ups too.

gave blood today so I am kinda wiped. It is a good thing its not a lifting day cause i am not supposed to lift anything heavy for 12 hours. But i will try and do my cardio to keep myself happy. And my blood work said that I am above average iron content. Average is 11.5-12. Mine read 17.5.

That the Pak is working. With a higher iron content i am better able to fight off infections. So who ever gets my blood should heal up pretty quick with all the nutrients i am giving them.

Bitch, I didn't do biceps on the same day, i did a muscle group that is connected with pressing. And i am hitting back today but you are putting of a real back workout till you can have people watching you. Kinda egotistic don't you think? I feel like ass. I have a cold and if i breathe deep i start coughing really bad and my throat is raw from the coughing and sneezing. I focused more on reps than on weight just to get a pump so i could get home and get some rest.

HAH i had fun tonight. I had to go ring the bells for the salvation army to get some comunity service for ROTC and was minding my own. Well my best friend broke up with a psycho bitch girl and swore that she would get some guys to kick our asses. Well as i was ringing the bell these 3 guys walk up with her and she starts screaming to kick my ass. I look at them and simply said "If you don't leave on your own, I will shove this bell so far up your ass you will carry a tune as you walk." They all looked at each other, then at me, then her, and said " Hey we will see ya later man, stay warm". She shot me a look of pure hate, so i shot her a smile.

He says he always feels the muscles working when he lifts with us but not when he does a school weights program. I wonder why that is when the weights coach has you doing Close grip bench, box squat, and powerclean as the first three movements of a workout.

Now get the hell out! Nah i just playing with you i hope you all had a great day. I got some supps for myself as a lil gift to me. My new supp list includes:

Amino 3001 tabs= biggest fucking pills ever! I seriously thought i would choke when i first saw them. But after popping a few of them it aint bad. plus a extra 50g's of protien a day aint bad. I got them so i can pop 4 tabs before morning cardio and have something to keep muscle while burning fat. I hate empty stomache.

BCAA stack grape= havent tried it yet but smells just like grape kool aid and i love grape. This way i can slam a bottle after lifting and then hop on the treadmill so i can recupe while doing that which is evil.

Animal cuts = I don't want to hear it before it starts! I know not for people under 18 blah blah blah, but i wanted it so i can drop some weight so i can see some of the definition that i know is under all this unwanted weight. I have gotten to the point where i can walk around with vascular front delts after cardio but i want it at all times. Greedy i know.

Did kind of a bullshit workout today. Since its the middle of the week we did it more to hit it and get a pump than anything else. We hadnt worked out eve or xmass just kind of wanted to go. My dad screwed up his shoulder in a wreck a few days ago and didn't want to bench heavy and mine was acting up to for some odd ass reason, I got no clue as to why. So we just did light weight and focusing on pushing with pecs. Other words: Light day

I posted up 2, but the main deal was all the vids Clown got. We recorded everything, pretty much. I feel bad cause no one caught Gehlbach!s awesome drop set of squats. He was walking funny on the way out the door. Brute is the greenest of the guys that day, but he would not fucking quit, and was more than humble about the fact he has only worked out for a short time. Spaceclown might have left with a bruised ego, my dad had him fix his stifflegs and his weights had to drop a bit. What can I say about Scott? He is a powerlifter who is just a giant.

A light back day today. My hamstrings are still hurting from going so heavy on stiff legs that i couldn't support it to do bent over rows or deadlifts. I tried.

HAHAHA I got good news fellows. I got wind that me and my friend are gonna get jumped tomorrow. Remeber how i told you all about how a girl tried to get my ass kicked outside walmart? Well now she recruited about 5 guys to try and kick our asses. Now that I know, I get to surprise them. Its quite brilliant from what i hear. I will get shoulder checked in the hall, the guy will say what the hell is you prob or something like that, basically just get get in my face, and say meet him at blank. I just plan on showing up 15 mins early and get them when they first show up.

Bored, online, gonna kill some time. I thought i would list my supplement routine for a daily basis. I am taking things i shouldnt at my age of 17 but i figured since i am only a month away of it it wouldn't hurt me to bad.

Creatine, glutamine, Taurine in a water bottle full of BCAA's through out the entire day. Go through about 32 ounces of water with this mix, then once thats gone just another scoop of bcaa's for another 32 ounces. Really good during training.

8-12 Amino 3001 tabs through out the day. I put them in these lil sandwich baggies and then pop them throughout the day when i can't manage a meal due to some teachers. They don't care about me taking giant pills but food is bad? I also pop whatever is left afterlifting before cardio to start rebuilding.

The pak of course

4 scoops of protien throughout the day. 1 in the morning to down with breakfast, one in school, 1 after training on the treadmill after weights with a giant shake. and 1 to go to bed on.

Animal cuts this one is the one i expect trouble from people about. I take these with my morning shake after eatin, and then the next one at the end of school. I decided to get these for xmas to try and drop weight for the classic, adn just to lose weight. And i must say I love it. No harmful feelings, no shake or jitters, just increased energy.

Animal pump. I got a few free samples from the ABC and i took a weeks worth. This stuff is great. I don't know that it gave me a better pump but the stims woke me up for damn sure. I also took some samples of shock therapy. I mixed it with the BCAA's, bad idea. Learn form my mistake people! But i will say that I felt that stuff kick. My shoulders and arms were vascular, from doing legs. I had veins across the teardrop when i ended with extensions, which i have never seen before. Good sign.

I don't plan on adding much anything. I might make shock therapy a regular when i get some cash. I dont think i will run two cycles of cuts, i just wanted to drop a lil. The need just isn't really there for me. I still got a long time to cut when i need to but i dont need to really, I think i am a bit heavy but not really terrible. Like Machine said, build a base then see what you got. Not in those words but with the same meaning.

I plan on trying some oly lifts after the Classic just to give them a try. Endo i know you are all bout functional strength, but I drove a bunch of fence stakes today with a 50lbs stake hammer today so I think i am just fine with out that stuff, Breaking rocks with sledges, spilliting tree rounds with a 12 lbs splitting maul sucks ass, and clear cutting cedar's with a hachet and machete, and shoveling and hauling dirt don't carry the thrill you think it does.

Umm Walgreens. You could work there any of the 24 hours of the day. The YMCA is always hiring. There is just a bunch of stuff.

Something you might enjoy the the Rural firedepartment. I have 3 friends who do this, and they say its a blast. You sit in the station doing not much anything, but if there is a wreck or fire on the gravel roads, you suit up and head out. They pay great from what i hear.

There is also the coca cola bottling plant. They would just send you out to put new merch in the stores and move the machines when needed.
The logging plant is just about 20 minutes from here, they pay 12-15 bucks a hour.

The hospital is hiring always just to move people from bed to bed and stuff and they pay good.

There is a couple of feed stations around the area, you spend the day hauling 50lbs bags of feed and grain. That will make you tough. And you get to shovel it all too. There is your functional strength.

It would be the pay you get for whatever rank you are, housing pay, then you would get the job pay for being the firefighter. It would actually prolly pay more to be a firefighter in the military then in the outside world.

They ride around on cruise ships with big guns to make sure people dont rob the ships. IT is pretty much sitting on a boat getting rays and rattling your gun when you need to scare the bad guys.

Back and Hams. The hams support you when you are leaning for bent over rows and help alot in Deadlifts so why seperate them?

Close grip pullups. About 2inchs inside shoulder width for me.
Bw for 5 sets of failure. 3 sec hold at top and bottom of the rep. Went from 12-7 over the 5 sets.

One lil thing there slick, Gravel and dirt roads would eat your car alive. And trust me, I drive way to fast on these roads and am blessed not to have got in a wreck, in my junker car. I have on the other hand, been driving on these roads sice i lived here. So i have a bit of a edge. The moment you slip on to these roads you will notice that loose gravel is like ice, no catch if you slip. I have gone off road from hitting a fresh grated road that i hadn't expected and just went into a field. My buddy had never really driven on a dirt road, and at 30 mph, ate a tree with his truck. You best let me drive till you get the hang of the roads.

Ya they do. They are called highways. Lol dont worry they have some places where you can get your car going. And legally on the books here in missouri, Technically speeding is not a crime. Dont suggest it though. But ya the roads here are paved. Just not within a mile of my house. Neast paved road from where i am sitting is about 2.5-3 miles away.

Legs. I was beat from PT yesterday and it affected me noticably. I had to do a assload of lunges, squat thrust, and running yesterday so my legs had had a beating already.

Squats. I had my form trashed on here the other day so i made sure i could see my ass below my knees in the mirror before i went back up. Used a 50lbs bar for the squats just for fun.

But scalding hot shower and the heat eased everything right up. Later tonight and tomorrow will suck ass though. My legs only get sorer until I wake up healed.

DAMN i just did the math on the leg extensions and i was 5 short of 300 reps. Next week i will fix that.

Alright i have a bit of a story to tell before i go into my leg day. Yesterday in PT for ROTC we had a huge tugowar rope in the wrestling room. We play with it a bit, play king of the hill with the winner keep pulling. I wound up at 205, pulling a kid that weighed 325 across the mats. The loop was digging into my side from where i was leaning back to keep from getting pulled by someone who has that much weight on me. So then, the teacher decides, he will have me just keep from getting pulled, while sending in cadets one by one until i fall over. 5th kid is the 325 after holding out for so long me feet planted and hands on the ground, the muscles are jsut screaming cause the rope is digging in. Well by the end of it i go and change out into my normal clothes when i notice that my hip is hurting like hell, and i am thinking, Shite, did i so something stupid enough to get a hernia? So went home and layed out cause i knew i was doing legs today, and hoped it would heal. Well it didnt my left spinal errector hurt like hell with just 225 on squats, so i decided to stick with machines for one leg day. The entire workout was done in less then 60 mins.

Make up day for back. I didn't want to cross train things since i have quads so close, so i was forced to omit hams for the day. Not happy about it but something had to give.

I used to go up to 135, but then i realized that my biceps werent getting any real work at all, but my lower back was doing awesome. So i have dropped weight an my biceps have grown. High rep forearms are evil, your hands just turn in to these ugly fucking claws.

Well i had a intresting day. I passed out doing legs. Like, literally, if i hadnt been caught by my dad i would have been on the floor. I was dehydrated because i pretty much woke up and went straight to the gym not taking the time to drink anything, and the gym was like a suana. Well after the squats did a drop set on leg press, got out of the machine, sat down, and thought, man i aint getting much air, dizzy, i should lay down. I laid down on the floor, thought i felt a bit better, asked my dad to help me back on the bench to get off the floor. Sat there for a few secs, then the next thing i know i am hearing my dad saying "stay with me son, keep talking to me." Turns out i had passed out so my dad sat me on the ground. Gehlbach was training with us, so he went and got me some towels from what i hear i was still out of it. I do remeber picking up my hand and looking at it cause the entire place was so dark i was trying to see my hands.

Now my question is this. We all know that squatting till you puke is hardcore, so what does passing out mean? Hardcore level or did I puss out?

The day sucked ass. My shoulder joints are shot to hell from the high rep bench, so i am taking next week off from all lifts to get some healing time in, and jsut do some stretchs and stuff to loosen everything back up.

Lol I used to go up to 135 on bb curls. Problem was, i think my lower back was gettin tired before my biceps. The hammers are something i am jsut getting back into, here's to 75's in 3 months.

So i did do legs on last friday, i just never bothered to post them. The numbers were way way way down, due to the fact i had to break some records in PT for ROTC just about a hour before. So after wearing our my entire body with about 1:30 hours of cardio, not much left in the tank to put in a good leg day with. And today i dont get to train since a ice storm hit kinda locking me into the house, and the roads are a ice rink, so i will put it off jsut a bit. But i did get to find some awesome vids i am gonna start posting.

Yea, I am still iced into my house. It never got above freezing today so there was no way i was gonna make it out for the gym so i have just been bull shitting around the house. Right now i am at around 500 standing calf raises.

Yea, im doing stuff mostly to keep from losing my mind. And i figured calves would be something good to train so that when i do go back, i dont ruin any other body part.

Well i walked into the gym today with no idea of what i was going to train. Normally i would know then watch something to get me really pumped for it, but today my dad is working 16 hour shifts so i was flying solo, which is rare for me. I decided i was gonna do legs, but since no spotter i didnt go heavy on squats. Don't worry, i still did them, just not up to what i normally do.
