hey guys since my egg recipie , i have been experimenting with some stuff.
1)healthy cheese cake:
ingredients:
500g cottage cheese
1 packet equal sweetner
a pint of milk
1 cup oats.
prep:
1) run some tap water over the cottage cheese to lessen the bitterness a little the put the cottage cheese in a blender add the sweetner then add some milk and blend.
2) put the oats in some plate add some water and microwave it for 2:20 mins or until it soaks the water and is somehwat dry.
3) take the cheese mixture and spread it over the oats and refrigerat for 15mins . eat it on the spot don't leave it.
extras:
for some kicks u can blend a banana with the cheese. or u can add some chopped fruit on top of the cheese cake such as kiwi strawberry, blue berry. if its a cheat meal add some jam.

2) actually nice cottage cheese:
ingredients:
500g cottage cheese
1 big spoon cinammon - yes i put cinammon over everything-
1 packet equal sweetner
a pint of milk
prep:
put all in blender blend and eat with a spoon
exras:
for some kicks ad some type of fruit or nuts

3) my awesome eggs:
ingredients:
6 eggs
1 vanilla packet
1 tbsp cinammon
a pint of milk
prep:
get 6 eggs and crack 'em in a bowl add some little milk and add a vanilla packet , give them a good scramble and then heat a pan and put some cookin spray , when the pan is heated put the eggs and keep scrambling them back and forth until they are cooked add alot of cinammon while its stil in the pan and keep scrambling then serve and eat with the fork. tastes like a pancake, but has a better ingredient profile.
