I know a lot of warriors on here stick with the basics and simple recipes, like just egg whites and oatmeal w/ cinnamon and splenda!

As for me I love the off season and love to eat, and I am a man who was raised around and with flavor. So when at times I get creative with my foods and find ways to enjoy my proper meals but staying strict and healthy as much as possible!

Check back daily and weekly as I will be posting some of my favorite recipes and meals!

Give them a shot and if you try them please leave some feedback on what you tried and how you liked it or even disliked it! Also feel free to add, take away, and manipulate the recipes and re-post them up here!

BON APETIT!

OMG OMG OMG this is my favorite treat, who doesn't love ice cream? This is one of my best and greatest off season creations ever!!!!

This recipe can help you grow, satisfy your sweet tooth, and not really feel guilty after eating!

This has my favorite things in the world P/B & J and Ice Cream!!!

Ingredients
1. 1 to 1 1/2 cups of EDY's no sugar added fat free vanilla ice cream (or anything close)
2. 3 Tbspn of natty peanut butter
3. 2 Tbspn of sugar free strawberry jam
4. 2 scoops of whey protein (vanilla brand is your choice)
5. 1 - 1 1/2 low cal/fat free graham crackers

Directions
1. Add ice cream to a bowl.
2. Throw in 2 scoops of protein, and i like to mix by hand the ice cream and protein in a bow till it is like soft serve.
3. Crumble graham cracker (s) into the mix in the bowl, slightly stir.
4. Add the jam, I like to add it a teaspoon at a time and stir after adding to really mix it in.
5. Add peanut butter, add and stir the same way as the jam.
6. Put in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes so it can harden.
7. Take out and enjoy!!!

Nutrition
1. About 40 grams of protein
2. About 21 grams of natty/good fat
3. About 50 to 75 grams of carbs
4. Approximately 550 to 625 calories

BON APETIT!!!

These are for when I have time to cook and really want a heavy sweet b-fast during my off season!

These are just plain ol' F@#$ING amazing, can't wait until my show is over and my off season begins!

Ingredients
1. 1/2 cup of oatmeal
2. 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
3. 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg
4. 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese
5. 1 tspn of cinnamon
6. 1 tspn of vanilla extract
7. 1 -5 tbspn of fat free milk (depends on how thick/thin you want your cakes)
8. 1 cup of b/b

Extras
1. Sugar free syrup
2. Almond Butter
3. Peanut Butter
4. Fake butter spray (low sodium/cal/fat free)

Directions
1. Put cottage, milk, vanilla, and eggs into a blender and mix, do not mix crazy fast as eggs will fluff, just mix that's all.
2. In a side bowl mix in the whole wheat flour and cinnamon.
3. Pour mix in blender into the bowl and whisk together.
4. Add oatmeal to the batter in the bowl and whisk together.
5. Finally add 1 cup of b/b's to the batter and give a final mix.
6. Heat skillet pan to about medium or medium/high temp, and spray with cooking spray.
7. Scoop and poor in 1/4 to 1/2 of batter depending on how big and how many you would like.
8. Finally spray each cake lightly with fake buter, and top with sugar free syrups, or almond butter, or natty p/b.

This is a experiment I am working with for my off season diet!

Sometimes just plain ol sweet potato's gets boring, so I just took some mashed potato cooking recipes and made my own with my own preferred ingredients!

I like sweet potato's sweet so I will use splenda and no salt or pepper!

These will go good with lean turkey and green beans :)

Ingredients
1. 4 large sweet potato's (5-7 oz's each)
2. 1 tbspn of cinnamon
3. 1 tbspn of ginger
4. 1/2 cup of water
5. 1/4 cup of sugar free syrup
6. 1/4 cup of fat free milk

Directions
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them in half, place them in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
2. In a separate pot add 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 cup of sugar free syrup, and 1/4 cup of fat free milk. Just bring to a VERY LIGHT BOIL and stir occasionally, this is your stock/broth.
3. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher, fork, or use a food mill.
4. Slowly add the stock/broth mixture until the desired consistency is reached.
5. Add cinnamon and ginger and continue to mix/blend.
6. Use splenda as needed!

Bon Apetit!
