I made a lot of improvement lifting with Nick in Evansville... It helps a lot lifting with someone bigger and stronger... It pushes you to work your best and gives you a spot... I can only do one of those on my own... But you'll pass me up, Seth. I have no doubt of that.

So straps or wraps? I always cross my arms and I keep my hands under the bar. I'd think wraps would give me more stabilization on that at that point.

Well, I think I did impose that incorrectly on here, but I am debating about actually following that. My shoulders grow well, but I feel like my posterior delts are lagging behind the other two. I'm just trying a new trick to focus on those more.

Yes and yes... I literally felt like all I could do was crawl to the hack squats... I was disappointed at first with the 14 and got my 16 on the second set... then it was pain city.... We could have been two dead horses next to each other!

Well, this opens up a can of worms. A week or so before the Arnold I pulled 485 for a single and got it easier than I got 455 today. This was when I was doing my back work out early in the week (Monday, Tuesday at the latest). Since then I've wanted to focus on quad development (Without a doubt my weak point). Being the 4th workout in my week, I'm physically drained. My hams were slightly sore, chest really sore, and a bunch of my upper back muscles were just numb.
I've figured that my back is better proportionally than my legs. I'm gonna keep with this split, but the 2.5 or 5 on each side is certainly a good idea. I think next week I'll try 465 for a single.

Yeah it's a little better after a nap, but about 3 weeks ago I would have just gone through the motions. I reevaluated myself and decided I don't wanna do that anymore. I will not Go half speed anymore in the gym. So I changed it up and did a little something different than I had planned.

It's nothing too serious, just a little tightness and pinched everytime on the negative for the DB work. Gonna not aggravate it though. Normally I like to be cautious on this because if I do do big damage to it then I'll be out for awhile. Just gonna rest it for the week.
