Here it is part 2 of anabolic living! A tactical game plan laid out just for you and devised to keep you in the anabolic muscle building state while helping you steer clear of the nasty catabolic state.
1. Get a full eight hours of sleep. Sleeping restores glycogen while allowing testosterone and cortisol to return to ideal level—essential to getting anabolic!
2. Upon waking, get in ten egg whites and a bowl of oatmeal with a piece of fresh fruit. Your body desperately needs these nutrients after enduring the fasting state during sleep. Remember, breakfast is in fact the most important meal of the day—especially for a bodybuilder!
3. On your way to work, avoid getting angry at the driver who’s stupid enough to cut you off or give you the bird. Anger and stress cause cortisol levels to soar and this can put your body into a catabolic state. Simply laugh at the idiot and proceed to have a good, anabolic day.
4. Shortly after getting to work, down some Universal real gains. This will keep your nitrogen levels positive and that means it’ll help your body fight to remain anabolic!
5. At lunch, eat some rice and chicken—keep the anabolism alive!
6. Refrain from arguing with co-workers. Refer to #3.
7. In the late afternoon, have another couple of chicken breasts or egg whites along with some potatoes. Keep that anabolic fire ignited
8. While you’re on your way home and talking with your girl on your cell, make sure to tell her you love her and you’re sorry. This will help keep cortisol from climbing and you’ll thank yourself later.
9. When you get home, have another Universal real gains and another potato—a bodybuilder’s day is not done. Keep fighting to stay in the highly anabolic state!
10. Before bed, have some egg whites, chicken breast, or lean ground beef. Now you can call it a day. Give yourself a pat on the back—you’ve just kept yourself anabolic around the clock and that means massive gains in lean muscle!
11. BONUS – Now if you were nice to your girl, there may be a little reward waiting for you at the end of the day. This will only assist in keeping you anabolic and ensuring you a good, sound night’s sleep
