Hey brothers.
On Sunday (it was acting up prior) I strained my shoulder. I have given 2 days off of truly no activity and it is driving me crazy. The shoulder feels better, I have almost full rotation and movement, and plan to go today to the gym to works bi's and tri's. This is the reason I just jumped on the Animal Flex bandwagon. Do you think 2 days is enough, or is this too specific to the individual? Any thoughts?
