hey not like i wanna work two jobs lol!

Yeah, but you're DOING it. I've got one job, an hour's commute through Los Angeles traffic each way, 90 min of cardio every day but leg day, training, and doing my own cooking and laundry. That's all.

I am a firm believer that everyone and anyone lives for a purpose, some know what it is and others do not. I am who know knows and strongly believes in my purpose here on this planet.

I may not become the world's greatest natural bodybuilder, and I may not change the name, game, and face of the sport, but I DO PROMISE that I will be a force in it.

It is here after 2 whole years of taking off to improve, do, and give it all that i can in order to be better. I faced many trials and tribulations on the path/road to now, a lot of heart break, fear, pain, and sorrow. But also joy, blessings, joy, and prayers.

20 weeks starting from today 4/12/10 I will begin my voyage and my journey to earning my IFPA Pro-Card, no breaks, no excuses, and no bullshit. Always have faith and truth in yourself and you will never be stopped, as for meone thing I know about myself is.....

Looking solid, and that's a steady, gradual loss, holding on to the LBM. I know in the first month of my cut, I dropped 12 lbs., but the hydrostatic test later showed that 7 of those pounds were muscle. Not good.

Work it right, and get it tight!

*the past week of work, training, getting a new car, and other things made it a very stressful mentally and physically week so i took the day off from cardio to rest, relax, and recover, i tried to get off my feet as much as possible and just eat and chill.

I wound up dropping from 241 to 234 last week, so Rage UPPED my chicken each day. I'm already down to 100g of carbs, and my only real fat is on my steak in the morning.

ha ha well i feel a lot better lol, a lot of ups and downs over the past 2 years but did my best to stay on top of my dieting and training every day that i could, but feel good knowing i have made some solid progress

My right pec was pretty tight and was a bit tender while warming up so I lightened up all my wieghts and basically did the higher rep range of my sets and squeezed and focused on form. I wont lie my chst is so sore today (in a good way). I think it was the higher reps and great focus on reps chest was crazy pumped, as for arms went big and hard!

yesterday was an off day, the Mrs. had to work late so I had to go home to let the dog out and let him play around, then had to head in the direction I just came from to hit up the new gym I go to, had to wait 30 min to get signed up. Then took me 15 min to get started as the place was slammed and I had no idea where anything was :smh:, i got it in but took a huge adjustment to get used to the place and the environment. Gonna pick it up today and will make up this session next week, I have no workouts to waste grrrrr.

As for the offseason comment, the more u stay in check year round, the less dieting u have to do to get dialed in. Its easier said then done though, u can do it though u just have to want that pro card more than those pop tarts
