Had a great time visiting NC, they showed nothing but the utmost hospitality….felt like I was staying with close family….was so nice to kick it with good people. Can’t thank them enough for all they did.

Mr A has a wonderful woman in his corner who is very supportive of the lifestyle and grabbing on to it with the same fire…..training with crazy motivation and dedication to learning all there is about training as well as nutrition and the quirks we all develop along the way. They are truly a great couple and have nothing but positive vibes….simply great people to be around.

BTW Lady V is NO JOKE in the gym, she pushes harder then a lot of dudes I know and moves big weight with stellar form of a seasoned vet. VERY IMPRESSIVE

Training was on point! Was feeling a little off on Friday’s leg day….things came together a bit more on Saturday.

Had some AMAZING home cooked chicken by Lady V Saturday night OMG I could eat that errry day!!!!

Pizza joint was off the chain…..NY style pizza in NC???? Who’da thunk it???????

Smart move avoiding the cardio on leg day. I've grown to absolutely love quad days (Sunday). I get to wake up, eat, and go back to sleep instead of heading off to do cardio! Its also nice to hit the gym, smash quads, and go home without needing to hop on that damn stepmill for 30min!

Looking good man. Any idea on where you want to be, weight-wise, once the cuts over? Or are you just 'going with the flow'?

CUTS REVIEW
Ok so yesterday was my 3rd day on cuts and so far so good. One thing that I noticed and brought to someone's attn was that about @ hours after taking the cuts on an empty stomach and doing cardio I took a piss and a smell EXPLODED out the bowl like I ate a shit load of asparagus. I wonder if anyone else has had that, and it is probably due to the diuretics in it and if so DAMN some potent shit in this new formula lol. Cardio is feeling good energy through out the day is good and during my w-o's is pretty decent just different when I am no using an NO product, def liking this formula better than the original though!

DIET AND TRAINING
So I basically switched up my diet, not really saying being I can't reveal everything ;). BUT i like the way I am doing it now that when I started because I actually want to eat and look forward to it and the food goes down 100 x's better. As far as training w/ dieting I have basically went from 500 - 600g of crabs a day down to half of those. I am making this a real hardcore tight and trim. i can feel the difference in my training as of late as my number aren't as high but my pumps are really good, BUT MY MAIN FOCUS AS OF LATE IS CONCENTRATING ON THE MOVEMENTS, THE STRETCH, AND THE SQUEEZE. Remember this is BODYBUILDING, NOT BODY TEARING. So I have checked my ego at the door and have humbled down my numbers where I am keeping tight form and really emphasizing on the exercise and the movement, plus being Lady-v and i are not training with one another as of late there is very small room for a spot.

OVERALL
After getting off the treadmill this morning getting some water in my system and letting my body get to norm, I took a quick look in the mirror and HONESTLY can see some improvement, I am holding less water and looking tighter. Areas like my back,legs, glutes, and shoulders have really rounded out and firmed up. The stomach is still a lil chubby but all good not looking for a six pack. Still basing everything on how I feel and just adjusting everything and planning thinsg in my head for the future. Also have noticed that a few shirts and pants are a lil loser which is a mental thing being everything was getting ral tight BUT I WANT TO BE A PRO AND LOOK LIKE A PRO AND THESE ARE THINGS THAT MATTER LEAST!

simple question for ya, after this mini cut, are u going straight back into what your calories were before your cut, or are you going to slowly build up to that?

I do mini-cuts as well and build up to my previous caloric levels after the cut is over, but was thinking about just hammering the calories right back up the day after the cut.

I find if i hammer it all back in at once, my body/metabolism tends not to adapt to well and fat seems to come quite rapid..

if i do it slowly, and with carbohydrates, my metabolism adjusts over a weekly basis, in the end i can eat and burn off more food,

main point, i can eat more food! and the gains are leaner
