Just got in from an awesome shoulder and ab day. Sat down, started taking PWO, and my little concoction, when I decided to phone my old man. Found out, just out of the blue that my aunt had come home from work today to find my uncle passed away. I live out here in Ontario and everyone is back home in New Brunswick, I won't be able to go home to pay my respects. I feel like I want to go back to hit the Iron but instead i'll finish stuffing my guts and just think about how I remember him. Sorry for the rant fellas, just found out 10mins ago and needed an outlet.

Sorry to hear that man. I know how you feel one day especially on a great day for me I came home only finding out my uncle died. He was one of the few who looked at me not as a meathead but as a person. I miss the dude, but this is life. We are born and then we are gone. But our energy lives forever.

Thanks all, some kind words. Today was a hard day at work, especilly since it was the last of my 12 straight. But its done, and now its about time I hang out with the family. Tomorrow is another day, a day without him, but he's remembered and it doesn't have to be a bad day. thanks again fellas...
