I eat this every morning for half a year already and every morning I cry when it ends.

needed:
Oats (any amount, I eat 160grams)
1 glass of milk (preferred low fat)
1 tbsp cinnamon
handful of raisins
half serving scoop of whey ( i use banana flavored )


the making:
put the oats and milk in a deep bowl, mix it up with a spoon a bit.
add some water so it won't stick right on and put in the microwave for 2 mins.
take out of the microwave, mix it up a bit with a spoon again, add some more water and mix again. this is when u add some sweet like "splenda" or whatever.
put back on the microwave for a 1-1.5 min.
mix it up again with everything left outside (whey, cinnamon, raisins) and go have your best breakfast ever.

I love my oats now too. I've been adding splenda and cinnamon lately. It is the best stuff.

Will it work without milk, I'd like to try it but I'm cutting so no milk unfortunately.

1 cup of milk won't be the factor to a successful cut \ bad cut.
just put that cup in the macro's.
I never tried that w/o milk, even when I was cutting. you could try though, it might even come out good :)

how's the taste? the guys who had already tried it?

Tried without milk, and it was pretty good will definately try again. Not going to try with milk, as I don't want any sugar, and milk is basically all sugar, I don't know why anyone drinks it.
