I eat this every morning for half a year already and every morning I cry when it ends.
needed:
Oats (any amount, I eat 160grams)
1 glass of milk (preferred low fat)
1 tbsp cinnamon
handful of raisins
half serving scoop of whey ( i use banana flavored )
the making:
put the oats and milk in a deep bowl, mix it up with a spoon a bit.
add some water so it won't stick right on and put in the microwave for 2 mins.
take out of the microwave, mix it up a bit with a spoon again, add some more water and mix again. this is when u add some sweet like "splenda" or whatever.
put back on the microwave for a 1-1.5 min.
mix it up again with everything left outside (whey, cinnamon, raisins) and go have your best breakfast ever.
