8oz bow tie pasta, uncooked
1 lb fresh or frozen asparagus
1 cup frozen peas (never use canned please..just yuck)
1/4 cup sliced green onion (scallions)
salt and pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1 cup chopped tomoto
1/4 cup lemon juice (a fresh lemon)
2 (6oz cans) albacore tuna in water (can use the chunk light but the fat content may vary)

Cook pasta and drain..save about 3 tbs of pasta water...just do it!
While pasta is cooking, cut or break asparagus in smaller pieces. You dont have to but it makes it easier to eat.

Combine asparagus and peas in a small pot of boiling, salted water. Cover and let cook about 3 minutes, then drain.

Combine veggies, green onions, salt and olive oil in bowl. Add pasta, reserved pasta water, tomato andlemon juice. Toss well. Add tuna and toss again. Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Should make 6 normal servings
