Holy Shit! how did you find this? This was fucking (and I dont curse man), cool! You all must watch this! I wish they showed more of that one chick spotting..she was freaking amazing just standing there. Ronnie Coleman..that guy...SHIT! I am leaving for the gym now!

Wow...she was just perfect! I thought she looked really good. I couldnt see her face, but her body was nice, real nice. I have always trained with men or alone. I never had the opportunity to train with a woman even close to my league..as far as strength and commitment to the sport.

Even being a female, I watch that video before I train and I swear I wish I didnt have to waste part of my adrenaline rush on the drive to my gym because I am like a madwoman after watching that video. I have to lift like ASAP! Its nuts. That was a great video. I would like to see the "Animals" here do something like that...featuring Wrath, Machine, The House, Vinny, just everyone...that would be a badass video, no doubt!
Ya that would be a sick video in general, with lots of the names from animal all in one video, wow.

damn thats a badass video. i must say that jay deserved the olympia all the way because he had a better symmetry to his body as a whole but coleman is a straight up monster.
