This routine is a two week cycle. Every workout is followed by 15-20 minutes of cardio. Two day break between Day 5 and day 1.

Week 1:
Day 1 Legs, Abs
Day 2 Back, Bis, traps, side delts
Day 3 Chest, Tris Front Delts
Day 4 Legs, Abs
Day 5 Back, Bis, traps, side delts


Week 2:
Day 1 Legs, Abs
Day 2 Chest, Tris, Front Delts
Day 3 Back, Bis, traps, side delts
Day 4 Legs, Abs
Day 5 Chest, Tris, Front Delts

Sets are 20/15/10/7/drop set(20% less weight) unless otherwise noted


Legs
Squats 20/15/10/7/drop set
Calf raises 3 x 15
Leg Press 20/15/10/7/drop set
Calf press 3 x 15

Back, Bis, traps, side delts

Machine Pulldown to the front
Dumbbell Row
Dumbbell Shrugs
Dumbbell standing side laterals
Barbell Curls
Reverse Barbell Curls

Chest, Tris, Front Delts

Machine flat press
low incline dumbbell press
DB or Cable Flys
5 sets of military press
Tricep press downs(straight bar)

Hmm, should probably add a bit of information....

I'm 6' 190 lbs and around 17% body fat last time I check. My goal is to get down to 10% body fat while keeping the muscle I have. My journey is here with some other info

Personally I dont think you should have that much of a time split in between certain muscle groupls. like for instance your delts. dont let it take 2-3 weeks to hit the whole shoulder. hit it all at oncex1 per week. This is what I would do.

Kinda like mine in a sense.

Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Shoulders
Wed-Off
Thurs-Arms
Fri-Back
Sat-legs
Sun-Off.

Or switch the off days to what fits your schedule better. But that way you are hitting every muscle group once a week in stead of once every 2-3 weeks.

Everything is hit once per week. The reason for 2 weeks cycle is that on week 1 I hit legs/back twice and then on week two I hit legs/chest twice. So in two weeks I'm hitting each part 4 times.
