hey my names tim, ive been haunting the forum for a while and im starting to keep a log. i like punkrock blackmetal and wutang, i also work at a petstore. my split looks like this
Monday-chest.
tuesday- legs.
wensday- tris,shoulders, back.
thursday-legs.
friday-chest.

yesterday i missed my leg day because of work, so i did legs and chest all together

warmup squat
squat-225x5,275x5, 315x5, 365x2(pr),305x5.
narrow squat- 275x5, 275x5
benchpress-185x5,205x5,225x2,245x1(pr),225x3
front squat-225x5,225x5,225x5
db benchpress-60sx8,70sx6,70x6

the whole workout i was drinking my carbo electro replinishmentgrizly power gatorade

abducters and aducters superset 5x5
leg extensions with 5 second pause on top 5x5
everything went smothly, dident go crazy, gotta save some gas for thursday
eating everything in sight
