Big time thanks to Manny at Steel Gym for having us there today. BiG in NYC for setting this up. Today was a great event, we had an excellent mix of veterans and young hungry lions. Vinny G was helping a Bazooka Joe and grlbodybldr with their contest preps. Joey D was teaching the young guys how to train hard and G Diesel and Wides were laying it down hardcore style. My boy Enforcer brought the goodies and helped make this a successful event.

I had a blast fellas. This was truly a great event and we had one solid turnout. We need to continue to make these events grow. Can't wait for December fellas and I hope to see some of you guys in Philly next week.

These events are so important to me and I will always try to make everyone that I can. This is my opprotunity to teach all of the young guy's just as I was taught,the proper way to train,I was given so much by this sport. My mission at all the ABC's is to give all the knowledge I have to those willing to listen and ask question's.

G Diesel: Intense! Love what you do. great to have a meal with you.
Enforcer: Looking good buddy.
Zander your squat looks good,form is really comming along.
Callme47: Descent job yesterday. Quality of reps more impotant the quantity. Remember form and straight lines. Lastly. No cell phone's. This is your time and when I;m teaching and training it becomes our time. Focus.

i hope to have a big turn out.
i spoke with bob bonham and looks like greg valentino will stop in to mix it up with us.
