Hey fellas, just to keep everyone posted--we just had an opening on The Watchmen. In the next few days, all of The Watchmen will be getting together and voting for the newest Watchmen. We'll be promoting one of our Henchmen, so good luck to them all. The selection will be posted this coming Monday. Stay tuned fellas.

Cant wait to add a brother, or sister, to the watchmen ranks.
I know it will be hard to pick from such a fine group of people we have here. I know one that stands out and it shows. I can't wait to see if Im right as to who I think the next Watchmen might be. Monday will tell all!

I second Rick on this one, she knows what the hell is up, and she's reppin' this game for the women, and she's doin a mighty fine job of that. Plus i see her name on almost every thread givin advice n tellin people to get shit straight.

toni knowa alot but at the same time this (no offence) isnt exactly a woman friendly company/website, they dont have women talkin about there diets, or their lifting or their daily lives like they do for wrath, machine, house... they dont even sell woman clothing! so i like toni she definatley knows her shit but i doubt shell get, THO I HOPE SHE DOES!

My vote's for Toni69. Knows her shit forwards and backwards. Just because she's a woman doesn't mean she's not an animal. And it would definatly help create a diverse community of hardcore lifters on this site. Good luck toni :]
I really don't know what to say. Just knowing you guys think this way about me is just so huge. I am really touched and even if I didn't become a watchman, I will always be around to support you all and to listen to what you have to say. Even if you just want to vent...I am here for ya!

Toni: The First Lady to Animal Pak! Good luck to all tho, that's a true honor.
For those of you who dont know, Toni and I share the same last name, our family roots back to Sicily many generations.....the genetics run in the family.
You have to see Zia Nona with her amazing calf development, and Uncle Johnny and his thick arms from all the brick laying.
i know i dont have a say, but as one of the "pro's" i think she should be moved up in the ranks here.....one day she keept up with me on LEG DAY.

Toni is a lot more hardcore than many guys that I know. She would do well as a watchmen

Would you believe I have butterflies in my stomach? I am sitting here with my lowfat Breyers Ice Cream tub just amazed really. I am extremely proud and touched that you have accepted me into your brotherhood/now sisterhood.
I don't think I have absorbed all this yet. I just want to say thank you to everyone who was rooting for me and I promise to just keep being me and to help you all out the best I can.
I am always here with an open ear and heart. You guys are great, this forum is beyond great and I am so happy to be a part of all of your lives.
So, on that note, I am going to celebrate by not skimming the edges of my ice cream..going full spoonfuls at a time here...as I sit and read some posts.
