I read somewhere that is a good idea to take Omega and test at least 8 hours apart or something like that. Sorry cant find where I read it but anyone know why or anyone just take them whenever?

It doesn't have to be 8 hours apart, just make sure not to take them at the same time. The way I do is 1 pack of Omega with Meal #2 and then 1 pack of Test with Meal #5 1:30 prior to training.

Yeah on the FAQ it says like 12 hours, really not that hard to space it out just take test in the early afternoon and omega when you jump into bed.
