Hi bros,
I'm Wild Grizzly. A 30 yo. guy. I'd been working out for 2 years and had an intestine surgery last year so i quit. The result is a heavy obese body weighting 264 pounds mainly fat with a big belly. Now I am back to gym with an attack plan to return to old days. I am thinking of using keto to get rid off the fat that covers my belly. I just began today after reading all Ox wrote about this diet. Here is my sample

06:30 3 egg whites, multivitamin tablet
08:00-09:00 workout
09:00 Post workout drink (Whey+isotonic solution)
12:00 lunch(fish)
15:00 2 hard boiled eggs
17:00 dinner (tuna)
23:00 cardio for 1/2 hours
23:30 protein shake
24:00 Bed

Need advice on my diet

Thanx

Hi and welcome amte.

You have no where near enough food there, you need more protein, fiberous veg and good fats.

I`m currently on keto and my diet is along the lines of-

7am, 5 egg whites, 1 scoop iso whey, 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt animalpak, 4 omega 3,6,9 caps

10am 4 whole eggs, 1/2 cup almonds, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1pm 6oz chicken, 1 cup spinach, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 cup almonds animal omega

4pm same as 1pm but no animal omega

7pm 6oz steak, 1 cup broccoli, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt , animal flex

10pm same as 7am

I have lost 32lb on this diet, I also do cardio everyday (30-40 mins)

The best thing you can do is go onto Ask The pros and look at Oxs thread, read the entire thread, lots of keto on there and has all the answers including how to work out what grams protein/fats you need per day, simple.

Around 6 weeks total keto but was on low carb with carb cycling prior to that for around 5-6 weeks, the weight dropped a hell of a lot quicker once I did the keto.

In principal Whey Protein (http://www.10facts.com/article/Health/Supplements/Whey-Protein.html) is the way to go but you need to get it in pure form. Watch out for industrial stuff

I'm not that knowledgeable about Keto diets, but I know your suppose to take in more fats than that, and like others have said, you definitely need to eat more total food. No offense, but if i ate 2 hard-boiled eggs for a meal, I think it'd be mere minutes before I'd be hungry again.
