Hi bros,
I'm Wild Grizzly. A 30 yo. guy. I'd been working out for 2 years and had an intestine surgery last year so i quit. The result is a heavy obese body weighting 264 pounds mainly fat(near 30% bf) with a big belly. I just started a keto diet today. I need a workout sample for losing fat fast to get in shape. Its been so long that i didn't train so consider me as a newbie!

Workout as if your trying to build muscle. When dieting down, you don't have to switch up your workouts. Keep it the same. Fat loss is the result of diet, combined with cardio. I just did a 7 week diet, lost 30lbs, and I trained the same way i did while i was bulking. Just lift hard and heavy. Make sure your diet and cardio is in check, you'll be fine.

My diet plan and supplementation was all listed throughout the thread I started. Read it over, it will definitely help you with many aspects of dieting and losing that bodyfat. It definitely helped me.
