When I first came on with Universal back in 97, we just had a table at the Arnold.
Now we have about a 1500 sq ft CAGE smack in the middle of the EXPO.
When the idea of having powerlifters do heavy benching and deads in the cage, my first thought was...this will never work -

After all, i'm a prettyboy bodybuilder....lol

After hanging with everyone the last few years, and getting a chance to MC all the events in the cage, I have much respect for all -

I realized it brought the beast out of me as soon as i got back in the gym at home.
If its going to be the first time visiting the cage, you are in for a real treat.

If you are a fan of "LIFTING" weights....then you have to stop by and say hello to all of us in the CAGE.....

there is this one little kid who comes in with his dad every yr to enter the bench contest, i think he is about 14 now...last yr he pushed up 135.

and if you have any little animals...i'll get them to do some animal pushups, they gotta start out somewhere...lol

IT has become a family experience with people bringing their kids there to do push ups etc. We seel out of EVERY SINGLE product every year....we just dont have the room to keep it. And as previously stated, we offer special deals and UNIQUE CAGE tshirts you can only get at the Expo! Their are no lines drawn in the brotherhood between male and female, powerlifter and bodybuilder etc, we are all ONE legion of animals trying to help each other get to their goals. For anyone debating whether to make the trip to the Arnold or not... GO!

I've been there the last 2 years, and the expo is great. The Cage is AWESOME! Total energy, lots of info, the guys stop and talk to everyone. Nice to be surronded by people who get what its all about. Add in the seminars and the lifting shows. And it makes it hard to leave the Cage to check out the rest of the expo.

Bring your camara.. your going to want to have proof for all your boys back home of what they missed.

The cage is absolutely the best experience at the Arnold. I was there last year for Vinny & Rhino's seminars and I learned a ton. The loud music, the tons of iron, it's just awesome.

They work HARD to get you guys good deals on the tshirts and products, and look VERY good doing so! They work hard wearing those heeled boots all day posing for pics, answering questions, these gals are ATHLETES and they know about the products. We have a faboulous team that we are all very proud of. Being the NUMBER ONE booth at the expo every year is something we take pride in. Hundreds of people from other booths come over to see our seminars and participate in our contests, and we welcome that!!! the arnold bro is at the expo center in columbus ohio...it's one hell of a place...the animal cage is fckin solid...you can't miss it no matter what...i sure as hell aint gonna miss it...it just keeps gettin better and better every year sense a few years back when i started goin...

I went to my first of now many Arnolds to come this year. It was amazing. A most for any bodybuilder or powerlifter. The Cage stood alone as the best place to be. Joe's deads were sicka and J Rocks benching was in human. I left wanting to train and eat harder then I ever have before.

Wish I could have seen the cage this year. Saw it in 2006 and it was the shit. Loved the speech. Probably will get there next year when I have time.
