Today is my fourth day of my fuckin bulk and i feel like im getting sick. eyes feel heated and stomache all gooey.... besides this..... drinking these fuckin weight gainer shakes doesnt feel to good on your stomache neither..... but w.e. i wont break even if i get sick im gona train and eat like a madman... hey machine said he trained when he had a 103 fever fuckin psycho lol..... peace guys wish me luck man im trying here........

cutting or bulking... bulking you gotta shove it in, even when it hurts..

cutting, you gotta resist the hunger pangs, the cravings for shitty food... mentally challenging... makes you strong.

Ok look, you have to eat but if your sick, you may not want to overstuff yourself or you will surely puke and what good will that do ya?

You are bulking so eat loads of oats now, all day. Oats are gentle on the stomach, slow digesting and it will absorb acids in your stomach as well. After you prepare the oats, stir in 2-3 scoops of your protein powder. Don't cook the protein with the oats! add a little extra water 'cause the protein powder may make the oats a bit thicker than normal. Add a splenda packet or honey, if you need a bit of flavor..not too much!

If you hold down food, than just eat bland chicken breast or whatever chicken you have. No spices at all, not even salsa. You can have toasts with peanut butter too...and dont be skimpy with the PB, you need the fats now.
If you have Nitro pak, try and swallow that down at some point during the day...when you feel you can handle it and won't puke it back up. I would take it with food, such as the oats or rice.

Rice is fine too..brown rice is better, slower digesting plus it has nutrients.

I was going to start my own thread but found this one. Fuck, woke up today and I'm fucking ill. Banging headache, and just the thought of food makes me feel like puking. How the hell do you guys cope?

If your so sick that your gonna puke, just don't eat. You will only waste what you just swallowed. Your body would not have had enough time to digest anything if your throwing up right after. If you can hack something, do as I mentioned above. Your body should handle it. Take loads of chewable or regular vitamin C too..I forgot to mention that earlier.

Drink loads of water when your sick and just listen to your body. Its telling you its needs time to beat this thing. Missing a few days is not going to kill you...not taking care of yourself when your sick, well...that could be a problem. Take care first. Try eating what I suggested above. Thanks for the advice. I'm just about to get some chicken in the oven and some rice on the hob, will see how that goes down.

Just re-read all the posts, how the hell can you do a workout with a 103 fever??!!! That's insane!!!

Believe it or not..he probably sweated it out. I trained when I was throwing up all over the place..sorry..I know that's gross..but you guys say some crazy stuff too!

I would get a set in, go run to the bathroom..or the nearest pail, puke, rinse, throw another piece of gum in my mouth..go back for my next set. It was gross, but I was in that zone...you know...that crazy zone.

Alright today is the next day and yes i got frickin sick like throat hurts sick.... but i still trained and have kept everything up.... it was just harder to do lol.... I just hope this passes soon..... starting monday im gona change my diet up... G told me to add my weight gainers at the beginning and end of my day and to incorporate one more whole food meal...... I didn't gain not even a pound on this bulk so far (its only been 5 days but i at least wanted a pound) and im 511 185.... heres my diet im taking in 3,700 cals a day and doin very limited cardio prolly bout 1 1/2 hours a week spread out evenly(sorry i love basketball) :)... im gona bump this shit up to 4,000 cals flat by monday and do wat G told me...Damn this shit hurts my pocket book but o well. thx guys for looking out and you too Toni a.k.a Mom.


7 am 2 scoops whey + 1 cup oats mixed in shake.
9-10 am 1 cup oats + 2 whole eggs (jumbo) + 4 egg whites.
10:30 animal m-stack
11 am workout
12:15 or so: 1 scoop whey + 1 banana.
1 pm 1 cup rice cooked + 3/4 peas/carrot mix + 7-8 ounces of chicken
3 pm Pro Complex Mass gain shake 1 whole scoop... 50g P and 85g C
5:30 pm 1 cup rice + 3/4 carrot/peas mix + 7-8 ounces of chicken
8:30 pm Pro Complex shake another scoop
anything after would be only a can of tuna and then bedtime.
