Got Dame It Was Fucking Cold. The Run Was Good. I Was The Only One Trying Out So I Really Didnt Push The Issue On The Sit-ups And The Push Ups. I Pasted And Thats All That Matters. Thanks For The Support Guys. My Next Article Is Gonna Be About Pt Test Prep. Since We Have Alot Of Military And Police That Post Around Here.

April. Apr. 11th and Apr. 24th All I'm looking for in the first one is a 500 bench. I may just

open and thats it. The 2nd ill go for the fences in that one. Gotta go for the money. So to

all that follow my log and lean in for support I really appreciate it more than you know. Lets

just remember its called SPEED. not let me load the weight with bands and weight and do 1 dieing rep. Total weight at the top of the lift should be %50 - %65 of 1 rep shirted max at the top. so if you bench 300 then 150 total weight bar weight + band should be around 150 to 175. Also work all 3 hand positions close mid wide (competion grip)

We do alot of speed work in the smith w/ the counter weight off as im sure youve read in past entries.

The test is far more superior to the stak for hormone based supps. I took them both last year at the end of the year. My stack look like this. 2 Test / 1 M-Stak / 2 Stak / M-Stak

Never missed a day as supps and I can say the test was far better than the stak. Its worth the extra money you pay for it.

ive been taking the pump since it came out. i hate creatine load ing and the bulllshit that goes with it. i get all the apt advantage from the pump i need and the red pill is my coffee for morning workouts.

if reg push ups hurtthen the smith push up are not gonna work either. get a set of push up bars abd strap a band around your back. that should take the pressure off you wrist.

start with sets of 10. dp as many as you can on your toes and do the rest on your knees. get the reps.

kick ass session brother.

the set-up you see is designed to get more weight out of a lighter band. nirmally it would have been just looped around the handle of the DB. I used the plate to strech it a liitle bit more. Its about 70lb at the top per band. So 135+140 thats 275 of weight at the top. If you set it up in a powerrack you can use a small peice of a 2by4 to make the band bigger.

well you need to do alot of heavy bands. thatll teach you to be explosive off the chest to start b/c other wise you'll never make the lock out. never pause with bands. when i do pause its about a sec or 2
