great find bro...
since we're on the topic, and we're both bros on this board LOL... number 1 should be loud and clear imo for everyone... so many fooling themselves just getting overweight cause 'hey, I'm a powerlifter'
I know you are a hardgainer, and you can eat pretty much staying relatively lean, but for an endomorph, oreos are not his best bet even if he is powerlifting
everyone should asses their nutrition to their body types

Definitely agree with you. As soon as my meet is over my goal is to lose all of my bad weight, get to below 15-18% bf. Its pretty bad right now, so I have 4 more weeks until my meet, I'm just trying to maintain my weight and not gain anymore cause its bad enough.

lol you get the point, I'm just saying that powerlifters have a lot of mass, and the big compound lifts are what pack it on.
There's a guy that's probably never even done any direct arm work or much of any isolation exercises in general and he looks amazing after cutting down.

Great read, I found the "Powerlifters are Slow" part as a good reassuarance for me as I venture into this new found addiction. Being in the Army 2 things I need to watch out for are bodyweight, and speed. If I can stay under 22% BF I am good with the Army, however I need to continue to run two miles at around 16mins (Preferably faster). Not a great runner to begin with, I was afraid the Powerlifting would slow me down.
