Yo, its Seneca. Im going to start my journey. No Bull Shit. Im not going to post some long life story. Everything in my journey is going to be balls to the wall hard work.

Im 15. 6 foot tall and weigh in at 215 pounds. I play football, basketball, and baseball and I will be doing Rippetoes Starting Strength.

Workout A:
Squat 3x5
Bench Press 3x5
Deadlift 1x5

Workout B:
Squat 3x5
Overhead Press 3x5 (most likely going to be push press since thats most helpful for football)
Power Clean 5x3

Im sure most of you all know you alternate A and B every other day with Sat and Sun off.
I will be lifting Mon, Wed, And Friday at 6:30 before school. I will start tomarrow and will post my workout tomarrow evening. Hope all you Animal's enjoy this.

Today's Workout was a pretty good Monday Workout if i say so.

Im not going to include Warm-up sets. Just the working sets.

Workout A:
Squat 3x5- 250, 250, 250
Bench Press 3x5- 160, 160, 160
Deadlift 1x5- 325

I thought it went well. Also ran some today after school.

Tomarrow I am planning to go to the YMCA before school and do some swimming cardio with a couple of teammates. I will let you know how that goes.

Hey guys. Well this morning i went to the YMCA and swam and some football teammates. I will say this, i have a new found respect for swimmers. I have also respected swimmers but now i really do. Swimming laps is some pretty hard work. My teammates and I started to swim laps and after one we were out of breath. We also did some high knees and butt kicks and other plyometrics in the pool. But i felt awesome afterwards. I got that feeling of accomplishment. Swimming is some pretty good cardio.

Well tomarrow is Workout B. I will update you all tomarrow.

Yo. Today was Workout B. It wasn't the best workout out in the world. It was mostly due to the fact i was up till about 12 last night studying and doing other homework. Only got about 6 hours of sleep. I finished the workout but it was a little rougher then it should of been. Now lets get to the weights.

Workout B:
Squat 3x5- 255, 255, 255
Push Press 3x5- 140, 140, 140
Power Clean 5x3- 160, 160, 160, 160, 160


Today was my first day taking Animal Pak. One day isn't really enough time to tell the effect of a Supp. So i will keep you updated on it.

Tomarrow i am doing some more water cardio. I will update you on that. Im out.

Day-umn, Seneca -- I was 6 feet tall at 15 but only weighed about 160! I'd've killed to have that kind of size. I had just started working out the year before, and come up well, but it would be another three years before I broke 200.

Hey thanks man. What are you now?

Well today i went to the pool again. Went good, i worked hard and was extremely tired afterwards. I really like this water cardio. Might start doing it every morening and take Sat and Sun off.

Well tomarrow is Workout A again. I am going to lift at 3 after school since i am free. Im pretty sure i will be lifting at 3 from now on since basketball is at 6 now instead of after school. I will update you guys and tell you how it goes. Im out.

Right now I'm 259, down from 313 last August right after major back surgery. I've been working with Rage the last few weeks, and he's helping me get the rest of the fat off so I can go back to building muscle again. Give me another couple of months and I'll be a lean, mean fighting machine again!

The swimming cardio's a lot more fun than the 45 minutes I spent on the treadmill this morning after my back workout . . .

Right now I'm 259, down from 313 last August right after major back surgery. I've been working with Rage the last few weeks, and he's helping me get the rest of the fat off so I can go back to building muscle again. Give me another couple of months and I'll be a lean, mean fighting machine again!

The swimming cardio's a lot more fun than the 45 minutes I spent on the treadmill this morning after my back workout . . .

Today i lifed at 3 after school. I think i lift better in the afternoon then in the morning. Todays workout was great. I worked my ass off and feel great about it. It was Workout A again. Here are the weights.

Workout A:
Squat 3x5- 260, 260, 260
Bench Press 3x5- 165, 165, 165
Deadlift 1x5- 330

Well its now the weekend and get two days off. Monday will be swimming cardio in the morning and Workout B after school again. Hope everyone has a nice weekend. Im out.

Well today is an off day. Probably going to watch some college football. Im thinking i might go out for a light jog later if the weather clears up. I will be taking my Pak today like normal. It is great. Well hope everyone has a nice saturday. Im out.

Well today is my birthday and the workout was pretty great if i say so. I got my first basketball practice tonight so that should be some good cardio.

Yesterday and Today were off days. I had my first basketball scrimmage yesterday. That went well and was some good cardio i suppose. Tomarrow is workout A.
