Hey i need some help with my diet can anyone help me out it looks like this..
7am 6egg whites 2 whole eggs 50oatmeal(raw) and 50g cashews.
animal pak plus 1000mg vit c and 5g glutamine
9am full serving of realgains
11am 150g tuna and 50g(raw) green beans with omegas
1 pm 150g tuna and 50g(raw) rice and 50g cashews
3pm 250g chicken and 50g rice(raw)
5am fullsreving of realgains and a tablespoon of peanutbutter
6am m-stak
Train
Postworkout 2 scoops whey and 50g vitargo
Dinner 250g chicken and 50g beans(raw)
Before bed 1 litre of milk plus 1000mg vit c and 5g glutamine
I wanna bulk to around 110kg by Jan09 im currently 90kgs

fuck man it looks like a great diet to me,
i dont see why u think theres a problem it looks all good
i guess i expect too much too soon ha ha. its only my first week back from an extended break due to some ass hole stealing my ride.sigh. least i can pound away at the iron!!!
iv added NO Explode to the pre-workout too. just thinking if i need more creatine than im getting thru that?

other supplement names arnet supposed to be mentioned on this forum,
but ya it depend on how many scoops u take, u can have 1-3
if u have 2 or 3 scoops it should be enough creatine

1 pm 200g steak and half a cup (raw) brown rice or wholegrain pasta and small handfull of almonds (15-17)
3pm 150g chicken and half a cup brown rice(raw)
5pm fullsreving of realgains and a tablespoon of peanutbutter
6pm m-stak

Before bed some casein protein with 350ml milk plus 1000mg vit c and 5g glutamine
Try this, based on your plan i reckon you will get to 110kg thereabouts.

This diet looks solid to me. The only thing I'd change is maybe add steak instead of chicken.

Yooo! Throw some red meat in their brother! Other than that.. Your diet looks pretty solid...Stay consistant and you will reach your goal before you know it.

maybe try to have some red meat a few times a week
i wouldnt have cashews with breakfast though-maybe 1 more whole egg instead-thats a lot of fat for just one meal!!!
