Arms was amazing, and I just ordered Chest today. Needless to say, I cant wait. FreakShow
Seriously. Those are by far the 2 most prized DVD's in my collection. Other than Big Nasty, I've never seen anyone pump out 405 on the incline so damn easily. But of course, I still love my Cost of Redemption, Unbelieveable, and One Step Closer.

Not a huge Coleman fan, but Jay is one of my favorite bodybuilders. I own Ripped to Shreds and One Step Closer and I have watched and studied each one of them trying to master Jay's techniques and eating habits (minus the cell-tech). I have taken some of his recipies and made them my own, and hell, I even got a membership at Costco and do all my shopping there now.

Jay is a mad man, and a downright nice dude. I met him at a guest posing up in the city, and he couldn't have been cooler. He is one of the more serious and dedicated athletes in the game... I remember watching a few clips of one of his vids (Not sure which one it is, but hopefully you could tell me) where he wakes up in the early morning and does cardio... Talk about being dedicated.

It isn't rare to do early morning cardio. But yea Jay is extremely dedicated to keep trying year after year to finally win the Olympia.
Back to the DVDs, Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a must own. He is an absolute beast and his training partner is even more intense then him.

Ya, he is really a stand-up guy, which I think is one of the main reasons I admire him so much. He is down-to-earth and cool to his fans. He really is the peoples champ.
I think the video you are talking about is Ripped to Shreds. Even though morning cardio is a normal thing, Jay really is like a machine. Everything he does is consistent and he knows his next move 3 moves in advance. He really deserved to win this year.

I am sure Chest is awesome as well, which is why when I put in an order today I couldn't resist it anymore. Anything with Wrath training is gonna be sick, I cant wait to see the rest of the training series.
I see you are in Iraq. Hope you are staying well over there, and I hope you and the rest of our soldiers keeping safe. I dont know your feelings on the war, so I wont post anything more about it, but I pray that you all make it home safely.
Thank you for your service and welcome to the board. FreakShow
Yeah, Chest is fuckin sick (not to say that Arms wasn't though) and I hope they come out with back next

Arms and Chest are the only DVDs I've ever paid for.
D/L'd Cost of Redeption and "A Cut Above". Even for as long as they are, the Animal DVDs are better and more motivational.

Hey man thanks for your support. It's been a long deployment here in the ThunderDome! It's coming to an end in a couple of months for us. We've been buying just about everything you have on this site I have all the posters put up in our wasteland weight room down here. Everyone loves to "shut up and train!" now. A lot of the guys want to thank this site for the free supplement samples we got and the videos such as Arms and Chest I ordered those so we could watch how it should be done. I've also learned alot of new strategies in making gains. I feel like a mad scientist and hope to share some tips on the forums here when I get time. Well I'm not tring to put you to sleep but just a big thanks man for the inspiration. We would like to send a pic if possible of our animal dome. As for me i'm looking to compete this year when I get back.
P.S. Man i've been trying to order that Nitro G for 2 months now

Nope, unfortunately I've never been to any shows or events, I probably won't have the money or time, when/where is it?
Wrath is a beast. Period. Powerful yeah and still manages to keep his form perfect. Ive got both the DVD's and cant wait for the next one to come out. CHEST was intense! but seeing Wrath in the gym alone early in the morning on ARMS...Thats dedication fellas. Wrath...if i was any less a man i would quit this sport. ha!...heck no...what a motivator. Thanks brothers

I saw the cage up close and personal in 2004. Thats the only booth i came to see. Got me a shirt. Met some of the fellas. Hardcore, but real nice dudes.

The Cage is what others might call a "booth" at a show like the Arnold or the Olympia. But to those who've participated in the madness, ain't nothing close to resembling a booth... Next one is in Columbus, Ohio for the Arnold Classic. It's on the Calendar (24/7/365)...

As for the Nitro G, J-Dawg informed me that there was a issue with the labels and the problem is being corrected as we speak, and Nitro G should be back in stock late January/early February. Freakshow

I just bought an Animal pump that came with the arms DVD yesterday. I'm stoked to watch it.
My very first ANIMAL PAK came with the trailer miniDVD sample, WHOA!!!!! Firts off i opened the ANIMAL PAK and LOVED the smell, thought to myself this stuff is real!!! Then I popped those tasty 11 pills and threw in the miniDVD...... MOTIVATION like a MUTHER F$^%$%!!!!!!! WOW It was the first dvd had seen on lifting believe it or not but instantly ordered it from my local supp store (old school still like to walk in) and they told me two weeks!!! It was a long 2 weeks but id watch the miniDVD before workouts. They finally came in and TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT LOVE them, I always put them in after my preworkout meal and watch one supplement up and watch the other and head to the gym 2 minutes away and im READY TO ANIMAL UP.
Bottom line THANK YOU for the DVD's personally ill buy every single one as soon as they come out as a matter a fact if possible shhot me a e mail but ill be checking as this is my home page...Love this site and cant believe there is a Forum on here now SICK SICK SICK and thank again for the universal line and web site now + forum... ok im rambling, ill shut up and train now, oh one last thing the FOCUS and LOOK in his eyes is ANIMALMAZING!!!!!! Thats training, okbye for now.....

I just finished watching it. It was not what I was expecting. It was soo much more hard core.
It was pretty sweet. I love how he rips open the Nitro G and dumps it in the 1/2 gallon of water with his arms just exploding huge.

Arms, and Chest are the only training DVD's i own, probably the best around, i also want to get the Dorian Yates blood and guts, as well as Lee Preist the blond myth.

my favorite bb by far is jay...his commitment to his fans is amazing. "one step closer" is unreal.
I have had the Pumping Iron DVD for quite some time now and I always thought seeing Arnold train in his good ole days was something to shoot for but when I saw that Animal had the Chest and Arms DVD's out I bought those to see what they consisted of and to say the least it was something that makes me about cream my pants every time. I could watch these 2 DVD's over and over again if I wasnt busy preparing meals half the day but they are inspirational to say the least and hopefully like some of you said, they come out with other ones ASAP!!! Its just amazing and looking at guys be so devoted to a sport makes you even more pumped even when everyone else in the room is sayin eww thats gross... GOD I just love bodybuilding.. its what makes me sane..

I would pay for a dvd that had just a week of Wraths life. Not just the gym, everything. Just to walk in Wraths shoes.

Just like everyone else the Animal series both arms and chest are fuckin insane that 405 incline on chest and the 405 close grip on arms got me so motivated to get in the gym and go heavy. i love the fact that wrath dosent speak or make eye contact with the camera you can tell hes in the zone. cant wait for the next vid to come out

check out markus ruhl's, made in germany dvd..the training is balls to the walls HEAVY and it's all in black and white, which makes it real hardcore..markus says he likes training with "easy weights" lol..at one point he talks about his tricep development and how his tris are his weakpoint..he said that he tried to use lighter weight for his tris, but he lost 2 centimeters on them..hahahaa its so funny

I heard on BB.com that shoulders is next. I think from the universal rep. looking forward to it. Jay is the man. I have ripped to shreds, new, improved and beyond. Of course pumping iron, and animal arms and chest. L8r
Fricken-A! Frank McGrath is my hero. I got both DVDs. I ripped 'em and put them on my iPod. All my friends think I'm weird.

Sup, I have the guns DVD does anyone have the others of wrath? I bet they are as intense as the guns. I watch it almost everyday. It's great motivation, it gets me amped and ready to go. The intensity is amazing, how much does he press in the chest video, watching him curl in the guns video is unbeleivable. The pump he had going was crazy.
