Keepin a journey again best i can and letting you guys know my diet....trying for overall size and strength and shape.....right now i'm tipping the scales at about 247?? i'm 6'3 and prolly around 15-17 percent bf?...anywho i wanna keep that bf hopefully and head up to about 265 and strong as hell haha well dont we all ???
Right now my diet is as follows meal 1 cup of oats, 1tbsp pb, 6 eggs white 1 whole
meal 2 real gains shake
meal 3 10 oz chicken boob cup greens cup brown rice
meal 4 8oz turkey or chicken boob 1 cup brown rice
meal 5 real gains shake
meal 6 some beef....cup greens...cup brown rice
no supps at this point but i'm thinkin about doin a TesT stack soon

Had a good rest day yesterday...did some shopping after work with the lady and ate all my meals....the diet is going pretty good so far....the on;y thing that is different from before is that i added an additional whole meal into my day to hopefully help me grow properly....we'll see....So i'm just sittin here at work waitin for my gym time!!!!! Today is Back and i'm pumped! .........Later

i have been stickin to my diet to a T and not only have i not gained any weight i lost!!!!!.....I dont know what to do....one week i was up to 255 then a week later down to 250...but i've never surpassed 255....i was at 253 then 251 i dont get it.....i feel that i'm stronger an i move the weight very well but the scale isnt goin up!!!
