Link isn't working bro.

But I will say that training the same body parts 5x a week will only work for elite athletes, people with awesome genetics, or those pumped up full of steroids.

Well if you're really curious about it there is only one way to find out and that is to try it. It is very low volume so it may be effective, who knows.

I did this style of workout a few years ago. It was intense, brutal, and I got much leaner while gaining size. But I pretty much always do that, as long as I'm eating up and lifting hard. I got a LOT leaner then I usually get though. I don't know how you could do this style of lifting solo though, I wasn't able to keep up the intensity without the person who had me doing it training with me anymore. Puked a LOT during this type of no-rest full body workouts.

I'd try it if you're the type of person that doesn't get very sore. I don't get very sore, and often forget rest days ( half the time I think I didn't lift the day before when I did).

and instead of using their repair thing, I'd just hit up a normal glutamine supp.

It does say it's better not to be five days in a row.Might take some discipline to follow through for six weeks. About the biggest point is it won't be effective unless you've got the food nailed. Results or feeling there are results might not occur til the 3rd or 4th week but could be worth a shot.

Just give it a try. There's so many routines/training styles out there nowadays. People forget that all you're trying to do is break down the muscle tissue in the gym, then feed it and let it rest so it can grow. It's a lot more simple that people make it out to be.
