i actually find the computer fucks up my eating to be honest, i cant multi task so its like type for 5 mins then eat for 5 mintes and i rotate. or just make a shake and down that.

i find i get late on my meals when im on the computer, i dont realise time then im like "fuck, im 3 minutes late!!!!".

x2 this. I've already gone an hour or so over and was pissed. I eat while I'm here but like you I don't type and eat at the same time. My desk is L shaped. Computer in the front, food to the side, the entire side (the large part of the desk) is my kitchen. Food, beverages, supplements, that whole side of the desk is dedicated to nutrition. I turn over to it while I eat and the computer screen is locked while I do so.

So yes, I actually lied when I said I was eating while typing :) I eat, then type. Food first!

No greasy fingers on the keyboard or mouse. No crumbs in the keyboard.

I always thought it was funny when people looked at me and was like, your eating again? meanwhile I eat every 3 hrs usually but I never thought I ate a lot till some people went to a few buffets with me and kinda pointed out how much I take in in one sitting, LOL. But I cannot imagine what you guys go through at work with all you have to eat to grow and get bigger...Im sure people make comments all the time huh? I bet many still dont get how you eat so much and still look so good...even though they know we train our asses off..they still wonder Im sure.

1 scoop Soy Pro Chocolate
14 oz Chocolate Silk
2 tbsp Naturally More PB

Totals about 45g protein.

This is a great desert. Very little sugar, but is sweet and tastes awesome.

How is that Chocolate Silk? I did some Almond milk recently in Chocolate. Never tried the
Silk tho..

and BTW.. that is my absolute FAVORITE PB when I dont have Power Butter..

It tastes pretty good. I think I'll give their Nog a try. If the chocolate was good, I hope it will be to.

i eat my food/drink my shakes right by the sink...that way i can get it down quicker so i can get hungrier quicker!

I used to eat at my laptop.....took me half an hour to finish the goddamn meal! Then i was never hungry.
