Hey new here to the forvm. I have been lifting and making decent gains without supps for about 2years. I'm around 225lbs and would like to bulk up to around 245 or so. What stacks should I use I was thinking about M-stak and combining that with whey. And what stacks or supps would you suggest for when I start cutting, I'd like to cut down to around 195-200 if possible. Thanks

"Bulking"
Animal Pak- 1 pack with breakfast
Animal Nitro- 2 packs postworkout
Animal M-Stak- 1 pack 45 minutes before you train
Animal Flex- 1 pack before bed
Torrent- 1 serving postworkout
IntraAid- 1 serving Intraworkout

"Cutting"
Animal Pak- 1 pack with breakfast
Animal Nitro- 1-2 packs after your workout
Animal Omega- 1-2 packs with a meal
Animal Cuts- 1 pack upon awakening and 1 pack 30 minutes before you train
Animal Flex- 1 pack before bed

Pump - 1 pack 30 minutes Pre-workout
M-Stack - 1 pack 45 minutes Pre-workout (take out red pill, too many stims)
Intra-Aid/Storm Combo - Intraworkout
Torrent - 3 scoops PWO
Real Gains - 2-3 shakes a day

Cutting:

Pak - 1 pack with food, 1 pack before bed
Cuts - 1 pack upon waking before AM cardio, 1 pack 4-6 hours later
Pump - 30 minutes preworkout
Uniliver - 6 tabs per meal

Some ideas there, but none of this matters if your diet isn't in check
