I have had a lot going on lately, and it's time to kick it in the ass....

Tonights workout was just a makeup for 2 days missed...

Pullups - 3X8 @ BW
BB Rows - 3X8 @ 275
Wide Upright Rows - 3X8@ 115
DB Lat Raise 3X8 @ 30
DB Front Raise 2X8 @ 30 1X8 @35
DB Rear Lat - 3X8 @35
BB Shrugs - 3x12 @ 275
Standing DB Curl - 2X8 @ 35 1X8 @ 40
Cable Curl the burn out the Biceps

Not a typical workout, just getting over a cold and trying to get back in the groove of things and possibly knock this cold out.

Goal is 200 pounds, stepped on the scale today and it was at fucking 227...I had put in so much work before to get down to 216 from 242 and I fucking Slipped....time to get things rolling again,,,,not only did I slip, i fell flat on my fucking face....

Did good with the diet today, no gym though, gotta start packing up all the shit for the big move next week...got engaged and got a house...so lifes movin fast....take it easy and lift big every body....I will be out of town, last weekend of Rifle Hunting in North Dakota, so I have to take advantage of that ;) later.

Well boys, just about to mix up the Shock Therapy, and Intra-Aid, along with a Torrent shake for post....gonna hit the chest and triceps with a little low intensity cardio afterwards if the gym isn't loaded with Cardio Bunnies...

Today went alright considering I am still sick...think I got a touch of the flu comin on or something....last week it was sinuses this week its in my chest and I feel weak and tingly throughout....don't know what the hell, I never get sick


Flat Bench 2 Sets 285X8, 1 set 285X7
Incline DB 3 Sets at 80X8
Cable Fly, set to bottom 2 Sets 70X8, 1 Set 60X8
CG Bench (fast reps, pump the tris) 135x10 straight to 155X10
Dips (BW) 12, 10, 8....never had this much problem with dips, was really fatigued
Pressdowns 2 Sets 180X8, 1 set 160X8

Overall, couldn't really have asked for much better of a workout considering the conditions. Skipped the cardio because I didn't want to wait around, I have shit to do.

Take it easy.

Yo man, having the gym loaded with cardio bunnies is a great reason to do cardio after your lift. Get on a treadmill in the back row......if there is any place where I could fall in love 50 times it's the gym.

It wouldn't be so bad if the cardio bunnies didn't take up all the equipment, haha...and some of em wouldn't be so pleasant to be behind ;)

No gym today,,,,thought this week I was gonna be able to hit it full bore...but I didn't realize how much shit I actually have to do before we move at the end of the week...gonna try to squeeze some gym time in, if not...diet has been good though...

as I am drinking my casien shake I was thumbing through my old logbook...
at the beginning of the year I got 235X9 on the flat bench....it 11 months I have gone to 285X8....would you guys say that is pretty good progress?

Only you can set the bar for yourself my friend. The numbers are relative to the person. Progress is progress. Would you say that what you've accomplished is good progress for you and your goals?

I guess I would say I am satisfied by where I am at...but I feel like I could have done better. If I hadn't slacked off the little that I did...was a few weeks, almost a month where the gym time wasn't very frequent,,,,like it has been again here the last 2 weeks...so I am gonna say fuck it and take off to the gym to make up for yesterday...been thinking about it all day.

Deadlifts - 365X6, 365X7, 365X5...psyched myself out on that last set somehow,,,,thinking too much
StraightArm PD - 140X10, 160X9 160X9
DB Curls - 40X8, 40X8, 35X 7
Smith Shrugs - 345X12 for 3 sets....not sure if the smith takes of 40lbs or is it more?

Time to clean now,,,,,

this may seem conceited (Sp?) but you know we all do it...
I was standing sideways in the bathroom and just tried to flex my back and I swear it has gotten a shit ton thicker since I through deadlifts into the equation....I can't wait to get the rest of this fat off so some of the work actually shows through, haha.

take it easy....I need to get to bed, this packing has got me fuckin wired though,,,gonna be tough to sleep.

Just checkin in, since the move we haven't gotten the internet set up....so I haven't been able to update.

Today went-
Bench 295X7, 295X7, 295X5 + 1 forced
Incline DB - 90X8, 90X8, 90X6
Cable X-Over - 60X10, 60X10, 60X10 = to 30 lbs
CGBP - 185X8, 185X8, 185X7
Dips - BWX9 BWX9 BWX8
Triceps Pressdown - 180X8, 180X7 160X8 = to 90 and 80lbs...
take it easy guys, gonna work on gettin the Internet set up this week.
