When i am counting my grams of carbs do i need to include fiber with this. like if something has 20 carbs and 8 fiber should i count it as 20 carbs or 12? hope this makes since...

you dont count fiber...

i subtract fiber from carbs when im counting carbs

I never counted the fiber into it. To me, it'd have 20g carbs. I could be wrong, but its what I do.

but your body doesnt digest the cellulose in some fiburous greens so they dont count if your on keto...

Gotcha. I was just more or less responding to the OP - he wasn't very specific about his diet. Still If I was carb cycling I would still treat that the same.

I don't know squat about keto but may be giving it a run in the spring.
