As long as you got your diet in check, and are prioritizing your recovery, you should be good. I train on a 5 day split, but if I feel beat up, I'll do a 4. Which is usually Back/Triceps. Shoulders. Legs. and Chest and Biceps.

shoulders/traps

back

You have a day just for bis? and one for tris? My personal suggestions:

I would never have a day just for such small muscles, at least put those together with something else
I think 6 days is a bit much unless you're like a fuckin pro or something
I personally don't like going more than 4 days or so consecutive training
Also, you don't have that much rest between tris and chest and bis and back

My current split is this

back/tris (Monday, not that it really matters)
rest
shoulders
legs
chest/bis
rest
rest

You can also try something like this

chest
back
rest
shoulders
arms
legs
rest

just my two cents

What I do currently is something along these lines in a normal week...

M- Back, Abs
T- Off
W- Legs (Quads, Hams, Calves)
Th- Off
F- Chest, Bis, Forearms, Calves
S- Delts, Tris, Abs
Su- Off

Prioritize recovery... I'd say the max split should be 5 days a week, but I've found I grow best on a 4 day split. Peace, G

I would suggest a four day split, especially if your workouts are intense. If your getting pumped and pushing to failure you'll need more recovery out of the gym. I have overtrained for years and am finally realizing that rest and food are even more important then workouts sometimes. Keep your tank fueled, stretch and grow. As G-Diesel has said (and I love this quote) "Eating is the key. Always has been, always will be. Don’t care how hard ya train or what you take. The difference between the freaks and the flock is the fucking fork. Keep shoveling in the good stuff, day and night for years on end…This is the most arduous of a bodybuilder’s undertakings. It is also the most crucial. To eat like a man…This is your mission if you have the nutsack to accept it." Words to live by.

Keep it intense in the gym, eat and rest and give yourself some more time to recover.

G you do two days a week for calves how has that worked in terms of recovery after one day i need three days to recover do yoou work them if they are sore because lets be honest we have all seen your calves and how you destroy them on a typical work out lol.
