That's very impressive. Ever heard of Ryan Kennelly or Jeremy Hoornstra? Both of them can bench 405 over 20 times. Kennelly has done 315 40 times. Jeremy Hoornstra has a log on here, check it out sometime. He posts under "J-ROCK".

yea ive heard of ryan kennely and gene rychlak and all of those big powerlifters..
but this guy... hes not even that big and look at what the hell he can do... jesus christ
him easily benching 315 26 times just blew me thr fuck away, especcially looking at how his arms dont seem nearly big enough to be that strong. He just looks pregnant.
The Benching wasnt so impressive. That was some serious bounce, but it was decent weight.
The Squats on the other hand were killer! That was some good weight he was throwing up there.

Wasn't that bounce a bit excessive? I'm no powerlifter but it looked like he was going to crush his chest. Just curious if that is legit form or not? Either way, some serious props to that guy. Pretty damn crazy.

you'll notice the 'background' is the same, it's a weight station booth set up at the Arnold Classic and those weights are not real - I guess you probably realised
Haha...yeah I remember walking by that a few times while I was there.

Genetics and horrible form are the secret to tremendous strength (just kidding). I really don't know.

As far as the fake weightlifting sessions at the booths, the intended job was successful. They just wanted to grab peoples' attention, and it worked. It's all about marketing.
Look at it this way:
You're at a bodybuilding expo and you see some dude benching what seems to be 5-600 hundred pounds for reps. You obviously walk over to see what's going on, and mission accomplished. Now you're in their booth. It's all used to generate attention.
