While speed benching with say, 10 sets of 3, and with a partner, do we alternate after each set? or do we each go through the full speed bench workout, taking turns after one is completely finished?

your rest period is anywhere between 30-45 sec. so if you want to try and switch that's up to you. by the time i rack the weight....sit up...get a breather....it's time to lay back down and set up again.

alternate, the set shouldnt take long, its speed day!

rest up to a minute is perfect.

you take turns. make sure your using weight that warrants it being a speed day. %50 to %65 at the most.

Big Ezy is right. I train with Big EZY. 50%-65% NO MORE. The idea is to move the bar FAST!. That's why it's called speed work. This is not an ego work out. 1 minute rest periods is good.
