My journey begins in a country that many don't care about but is known as the Cradle of Civilization. About 10 months ago I lost my drive and motivation after I moved from Washington to North Carolina. For 10 months I was lazy and put off working out for one reason or another. I got married before I deployed and now while I have a mission to carry out here, my personal mission is to get my body better than I was 10 months ago and come home to my wife a stronger and leaner man. I've been here almost 2 months now and it wasn't until now I found the Forvm. My road begins and ends with me. Brothers and sisters let's travel down this road

This whole sleep thing is really getting to me. Over the last week I've noticed I can't fall asleep unless I'm up for over 24 hours.. I thought it was only on training days but even on non training days I'm noticing sleep is becoming fewer and far between. It isn't like I don't want to sleep, quite the contrary. This is becoming increasingly frustrating since we all know growth takes place when we're knocked out.. Well I'm out for now. Got Chest/abs tomorrow followed by a killer arms the following day

Been awhile since I posted here but going to start logging my stuff again. Recently got out of the Marines, left NC and moved back to Modesto, CA. After being home for a month I needed to get the hell out and moved to Stateline, NV; next to South Lake Tahoe, CA on the South Shore of the lake. I'm concentrating on dropping some serious weight and getting jacked again. Now in school working on my AA in Fire Science and a Medic in the CA National Guard. Look forward to hearing from you guys and getting some good feedback.
