Really quick question, how many grams of protein are in 6 oz of cooked 90/10 ground beef?
I can't find an exact answer on google.

4oz usually has around 24g protein, so i would think 6oz contains somewhere around 36g.

Yeah, 36 is right. Check out this website, it's got some helpful info.

I use fitday.com. 6oz ground beef (after cooking) yields 32.2g protein.

Damn, that's a lot for such little food. Pretty good then, so it's between 30-36.

No. There is 36g of protein in 6oz RAW beef. Once cooked, 6oz beef yields 32.2g. I have 8oz per serving, and its 43g protein (yield after cooking)

i dont think so, it is smaller cause it looses some water and fat weight. but the meat is still there.

i have been told, measure it raw and voila! pre cooked measurments are where its at.

That much on such a small piece? Wow… I never knew that.
