For the past 12 years the sport of football has been my life. Everything I did revolved around football; school, diet and training. The training we did was revolved around speed. It was to make every player a better athlete. My football career just ended this past season and my new life has begun. To be the best athlete I could be, I tried to hold my weight around 195 throughout college. Now I want to put on as much mass as possible. I love lifting and want to get the most out of my lifts, any suggestions?

Yeah, LIFT! Find out what your body needs, switch stuff around, have fun and figure out what works for you.

change your diet to higher cals, w/ tons of protein and try to eat clean but don't worry if it isn't exact. lift w/ high intensity, lower volume. in short, eat big, lift heavy. good luck, brother.

Putting on size and mass--it all begins with food. Food is your friend. You don't get enough calories, ain't nothing in the gym gonna help you add size brother...

Thanks fellas. I really appreciate it. And to those who had the idea for this place...I can't say thank you enough. It's great to see guys putting their egos aside and being real with eachother. Its fucking awesome.

Food, food, and more food. Just keep eating quality calories and protein, avoid cardio, and tear up the weights. Good luck

bro get alot of protein and carbs in while limiting your fat and while you shouldnt completly eliminate cardio(my individual outlook)you should limit it to about 3-4times a week for about 20mins after workouts ive found dat that helps me put on more lean mass without the excess fat and allows me to eat more pce
