Nice pics bro. Nice shoulder work you guys put in there. Loving the lying DB rear laterals. Solid ass training all around. Can't wait to see what you guys have in store next.

Nice pictures there.

Becareful of the behind the neck presses. I did it a few weeks ago as a practice with 100lbs for one set of 10reps after a warm up. Since then my left shoulder area has been in pain all the way to my arm. I am doing the chiropractor to get it back to speed. 2 session already. I won't be doing that again once I get back to it.

I only lowered the bar to the top of the back of my head so I was careful with.

just letting you guys know.
